This is on top of her bossing around the stylists in front of customers and getting really rude with people who come in trying to offer some sort of service. There is no reason to be rude to anyone. She has created a bad atmosphere. Obviously she has the owners snowed but when you treat people this way, especially in front of clients, you are going to lose business.

Also she messed up around the ears bad... it's a good inch higher on my left side and not a smooth line at all! Not to mention I sat at the front (in the waiting area) and Shannon came out 7 min late saying, "oh I didn't see you there!" Where was I supposed to be? I don't know how they do on ladies cuts, but men, stay away from Shannon at the very least! Highly recommend checking this place out! She was very attentive and takes into consideration your wants- she looked at my phone pics of highlights that I am considering. She also is reassuring. The rest of the staff seemed friendly and asked if I wanted tea, water, etc. I also liked how Sharon was not too pushy with selling the Aveda products. Results of highlights- at first I was just getting used to it as I saw myself in the mirror- I thought hmmm a little too blonde than I was expecting but hey I showed her pics that had lighter highlights than I'm used to. She did a 2 tone- blonde and brunette (for a lack of better words)- I think it was the lighting that made me think it was gray color but a few days went by and went back to Houston, TX- my classmates and husband really like it. The salon's website is very easy to navigate for checking stylist availability and booking appointments. Parking is generally convenient too (with the exception of peak events) with spots usually available on Main Street or in the lot behind Columbine Cafe, right across the street. Tonda is always on time or letting me know in advance of any unexpected changes to her schedule. Everyone is friendly and the salon is always clean and bright.
