One of the most reliable brunch places in my opinion! Turning Point has a wonderful selection of every type of brunch food you could want. It was perfect for me and a big group of my friends to get together because it accommodates everyone! They have a full service coffee bar at most locations which is fantasticccc. Shout out to the protein pancakes- I was super pleasantly surprised at how good they were!!

We joined the waitlist at 25 to 30 mins go there about 20 mins in and waited for an additional about 20 mins. I thoughts such high wait times, food must be amazing. The restaurant had a ton of empty tables, so I am assuming under staffed for long wait time. Our waiter was super nice and helped recommend a drink. I went with the campfire latte for $6.20, and my boyfriend went with MARSHMALLOW cold BREW, which I think was way better than my campfire latte. For breakfast, we went with the BREAKFAST COMBO for $16. It came with a Belgium waffle , 2 eggs your way i got scrambled with cheese, chicken sausage & and a side of potatoes. The waffle my boyfriend said was amazing The chicken sausage was pretty good, eggs had a good amount of cheese which was great an potatoes were perfectly crispy.

If you are feeling hangry, make sure to eat a quick bite beforehand since this place is always busy! I wish I asked for the hostess' name because she was so sweet and friendly. My family and I asked to sit outside at the last minute (sorry) and she accommodated us! Their outside patio is a little small, but spacious at the same time. Our server was attentive and friendly as well. There are so many scrumptious options to choose from, it was difficult! Lol. The Berry-Licious Waffle, Breakfast Potatoes, and Shakshuka (a.k.a. eggs in purgatory) were absolutely delicious! The smell of the Shakshuka (a.k.a. Eggs in Purgatory) was to die for! The portions are a generous size making your tummy happy that you'll be able to have some leftovers! One last cute thing I noticed, they even have little cups of Cheerios for the kiddos by the hostess stand!

    OJ is large and delicious.

Delicious and a fun menu. It does get busy on the weekends though so reservations would be a nice feature that they don't have.

Overrated. Over priced. Mediocre food. Poached eggs were hardboiled. Not the best eggs Benedict.

There was only 1 customer sitting inside, no one was sitting outside, so all the tables were free and it wasn't crowded at all. The owner kicked us out and said we can't sit here if we're not ordering anything in aggressive and pressured tone. Tried to explain in a polite way that we are not ready to order yet, received really disrespectful answer "I don't want to see you here with your Starbucks drinks". Me and my friend wanted to get a snack from this coffee shop as we tried their coffees before and it is not worth your money, Starbucks across is so much cheaper and has a better taste. ESPECIALLY your experience at Starbucks is so much better than at this random coffee shop where you can't take a moment to look at whats even on the menu. Workers can't give you recommendation neither as of their answer was "everything is on the menu". Genuinely tried to give this place a second chance. However, didnt had the greatest experience and dont want to give my money to this rude and disrespectful old grown man that can't even hold his own emotions inside and not just throw it on his ONLY customers at that time. 0/10 place, people, experience

Thought it was a once and done for tea places for me. HOWEVER...Snarky Tea House was quite the opposite! I was very impressed!!! 14 of us celebrated a milestone friend's bday. Perfect place for a celebration bc it was unique and memorable. Actually, all 14 of us were impressed! Apparently they bake their own bread. So darn delicious. Clever pairings of food...after all, who would have thought to put plum slices on avacado toast? And it worked! The mini sandwiches were all so incredibly good. The mini desserts also amazing. So many different Teas and they are very generous with the pots of unlimited tea. Honey, lemons, sugar cubes, lemon curd, and a few other toppings added to the table for scones and tea. You can see and feel the pride put into this place. I appreciated all the details in quirky decorations and food. I was thinking who could I bring back bc it was that good!! I highly recommend.

I've been to Terrain a few times over the past several months. It took a few visits to figure out…read morewhether I liked the restaurant or not. This wasn't because of poor service or bad food, because those are both pretty good. This was really just due to the atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, it's a newer building and well-maintained (and clean). But gives me "Tea Room" vibes from the colors to the plants. With that said, I won't let this affect my review. Our last visit was on Saturday night. It was a strange night because on Sunday, we were set to be hit with snowstorm Fern. You could tell that people were bracing for what would come. To me, it was very reminiscent of just before the lockdowns for COVID-19 in 2020. Anyways, moving on from my memories of that! We sat at the bar, which is always my favorite seat in any restaurant, but we don't do much as normally we have our six-year old son with us. Not tonight! There were two (or maybe three) bartenders. It's a large bar, probably about 20 seats, and at 4:30 pm, they were all open but 2. We started with a few cocktails, an Espresso Martini for my wife and the Torched Orange Negroni for me. The drinks were good...the Negroni was too good and went down too quickly; time to switch to beer I guess. For appetizers, we ordered the Fried Cauliflower: crispy cauliflower tossed in pastrami spice, served with tangy mustard aioli; and the Artisanal Cheese Board: a curated selection of local cheeses, tangy pickles, fresh fruit, sweet preserves, crunchy crostini, and golden honey (and yes, we added the prosciutto for $4 more). The cauliflower was pretty good; it wasn't breaded, which I was happy about, and both the spice and aioli added good flavor and contrast. It wasn't that hot, but I didn't think anything of that (more on this later). The cheeseboard was larger than I expected. Several mixed berries, five different (large pieces) of cheese, the priscuotto, and some crackers. All good. The crackers were probably the highlight and the most disappointing item. They were very good, heavily flavored with rosemary and the perfect crunch and salt. But, they overpowered the delicate cheeses. My wife likes a cracker with some cheese, but in this case, we just ate them separately (still very good). For entrees, my wife ordered the Shrimp and Blue Crab Bucatini: green garlic butter, fresh scallions, and spicy Calabrian chili oil; and I ordered the Terrain Burger: 8 oz. grass-fed beef, Cabot Creamery white cheddar, sweet balsamic onion jam, brioche bun, simply dressed greens, with an egg (cooked to order over easy) and bacon. And since we were facing the snowpocalypse, I ordered the Truffle and Pecorino Fries for an upcharge instead of the normal salad that comes with it (more tea room vibes here?). My wife's plate looked very good, and I'm always happy to see when a pasta dish with seafood isn't ruined with a heavy red sauce. Instead, a light butter sauce complements the light flavors of the seafood. My wife took a bite and said, "Whoa, that's spicy," but the subsequent bites showed that perhaps she had the only Calabrian chili in the first bite, and it was not mixed through. She did mention to me that her food was just lukewarm (cauliflower flashback?). I briefly wrote this off because sometimes she likes her food far too hot (temperature)...but maybe she was right. I was first surprised when mine arrived. I was expecting fries doused with fake truffle oil and some grated pecorino on top. Instead, I saw fries that had a truffle cheese grated on them, not quite melted yet. It honestly tasted good and was a good change. But it wouldn't melt; my wife was correct with the food being lukewarm. My fries were cool, so the cheese never melted, and the burger seemed cool too. Now, that aside, the burger was cooked to a perfect medium and was seasoned well. It was good! All in all, it is a good restaurant. It's a little on the high end price-wise for what you get, but it is a good change. I will return and think about my Tea Room fears as I hopefully enjoy another meal at the bar.
