We go to this Turning Point almost every weekend for brunch and, until today, have been happy. I got the lobster eggs Benedict and it was not good at all. The lobster was too tough to eat, just a dribble of Hollandaise sauce and the combination of ingredients just didn't work. We also tried the peach milkshake and if your eyes were closed you wouldn't have any idea what flavor it was. This is their new summer menu and so far it's a bust. read more

Visited started off on the wrong foot. Called ahead for seating, but when we arrived the hosted said she didn't have our name and tried to claim that I called the wrong location. She was not at all accommodating luckily a manager intervened however, little did that help we still had to wait over 30 minutes. This is one of my favorite restaurants to get breakfast at. My husband and I have been here several times. The food is always good, staff is accommodating, and I love the atmosphere. My favorite dishes are the avocado toast and the rancheros huevos. If you plan on going on a weekend, go early because they get very busy and there may be a wait. My one suggestion to corporate would be to work on your loyalty perks program. read more

I've heard good and bad things about a Turning Point, but I NEVER make the decision to dine or not based on others opinions. I have to say that I am truly disappointed in my visit. When we arrived we were seated pretty quickly, our waitress greeted us brining us water and asking for our drinks. Everything went smoothly until we received our food. The two hostess that brought the food to the table didn't care of the placement of our food and seemed to slam them down almost. Without asking if everything was placed correctly or if we needed anything they left before we could even sort the plates ourselves. We waiting 10 minutes for silverware. Our waitress walked back and forth, after making eye contact with several staff members and still no utensils. By the time our waitress came to ask how everything was my response was we hadn't gotten to try anything because we never got utensils. Even then she waited on a separate table before going to get our utensils. The food was subpar and not because the bottle of syrup was warmer than are food, but because on top of our dishes not being made correctly it truly wasn't that great. Our bill ended up being $35 the wait for the receipt and waitress to come back took entirely too long I left $40 cash not wanting to leave a tip but because I feel we were truly being racially profiled and not waited on like the rest of the FOUR other tables seated I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. As time went on we began to feel more uncomfortable and started noticing stares, Never again. read more

Went for the 1st time this morning with my husband . Ramadan was our waiter. He did a great job I ordered the Grand Huevos . Since I don't eat pork(chorizo) I substituted for turkey. I was kinda disappointed that they don't serve turkey sausage or turkey bacon . However there is chicken sausage. The s'mores hot chocolate was a hit. Oh my gosh I just love the food here! I have tried every ones else's but this is another place I alway get my favorite dishes ! My daughter and I went here for outdoor breakfast. While glancing over the menu the waitress (who was wearing gloves) brought us a pitcher of water and paper cups with her finger inside the top cup. We also noticed her going back and forth inside of the restaurant while wearing the same gloves. When she was ready to take our order we explained to her the water pitcher was dirty, our water had brown floaty things in it, and going back and forth inside the restaurant several times bringing things to us and other customers with the same gloves she handles the food and opens the door with was a major CROSS CONTAMINATION!! We asked to speak with the manager. I explained the issues regarding the dirty water pitcher with brown floaty things and cross contamination issues and the manager said "Oh Ok.. I apologize and can I take your order now". I guess being safe from COVID 19 is not their concern. They both disregard our concerns and wanted to just take our orders and keep things moving. We did not feel safe eating at this establishment so we left. Please be mindful of cross contamination while dining at this establish and stay safe! read more

I've been to several locations if Turning Point restaurants and I always leave feeling underwhelmed. The service is good, the place is clean. I feel like the menu doesn't have a lot of diversity. Many of the dishes are similar and contain almost all of the same ingredients, so it doesn't feel like there are a lot of choices. This time we went with the chicken and waffles. It was 3 or 4 chicken tenders on a waffle, and a side of chicken gravy. It was good enough. I preferred mine with syrup so I'm glad the gravy was on the side. We also got the OMG French toast with bacon and walnuts. It sounds a lot better than it is, but it's not bad by any means. A lot of people that I know love these restaurants but I am consistently disappointed. If you're on the fence, definitely try it once and form your own opinion. read more

When we got there, they told us they don't take reservations....Would have been so helpful for them to share that when they took our reservation a week ago or even this morning when we called and confirmed. I was really impressed with this restaurant. We were pressed for time on our way to a soccer tournament. There was a 20 minute estimated wait but we were seated in about 15 minutes. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating. The menu is quite extensive and the quality of the food is excellent. It was cooked well and full of fresh ingredients. I had the popeye and my husband had the Wilbur. They were both excellent. The atmosphere is bright and clean and the menu is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Sorry but this place is a disappointment. Very slow service. Burnt crust on sandwich. Overpriced beverages. Seems all the manager did was go from table to table apologizing and comping meals or part of meals. Wait staff seemed interested but they too spent way too much time apologizing. Too hungry to complain so we ate all but the burnt crust, paid our tab and left. Maybe they were just having a bad day but we're one and done for this place. Very competitive area and they have to step up their game or this building will be vacant. 1/6/19. Obviously management was concerned. They invited us to come back. Food was awesome. Service is almost always slow and the moorestown location is just plain dirty. We received two sets of dirty glasses where we had to scrape food off the glasses, then if that wasn't bad enough my tea pot had what could only be described as tobacco looking crap in the hot water kettle. my knife had food on it as well. Honestly I thought it was pretty ridiculous that I waited an hour for two meals.. no appetizers and it took 20 mins to get a latte. I've been to many locations and always had exceptional service. The food when we finally got it was ok my eggs Benedict wasn't runny at all.. which is the best part. Sat at the table with my husband who happen to be the only black person in there. Didn't receive service although we watched numerous tables being served, even guests that came after us. The waitress serving the table next to us did not even acknowledge us or indicate she will be with us shortly. Will not go there anymore. Very disappointing how we were unnecessarily treated although it wasn't even busy and several servers were standing around.
