Seriously this is the second time here. Food is is great service is horrible!! Arrived at 12pm restaurent fairly empty..we left at 2pm!! Waitress took her sweet time. We didnt get menus..she ask if we wanted menus..seriously! How are we suppose to order? Brought the menus she left and we waited for her return . I could see her sweeping floors..walking around passing our table never asking if we were ready to order. By then I ask for the manager then she finally came. People who arrived after us were served and done while we still had not ordered. Totally unacceptable. I was really disappointed. She knew i wasn't happy with her service. The management for this restaurant needs to stay on top and check on customers. Don't think I'll be returning which is sad because the food is really good. read more

Well over priced for what you get. Food wasn't great cold when it came out. Took 10 minutes to get drinks and they forgot a side of bacon that took another 15 minutes after the food came out. Bathroom was disgusting ti. So dont expect much for the prices that they charge. read more

This place is awesome! First thing I noticed when I arrived was the free snacks they offer for toddlers. Fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, and Cheerios--how cute! We took advantage of the nice weather and decided to dine outside. Everything we ordered was amazing, especially the avocado toast! I didn't even order that but managed to steal a piece off of my friend's plate--SO glad I did! The avocado was very fresh, and they put the juiciest bright red tomatoes on top, with salt and cracked pepper. Needless to say, my mouth was happy. THEN, just when I thought it couldn't get any better than that, it did! I ordered the Big Easy, which was an egg Benedict but over cornbread with onions and Cajun hollandaise sauce. It was like a party in my mouth!Yes, it seemed a little weird (and intriguing), but don't question it. Somehow all of it just works! My husband also enjoyed his meal, he ordered the NY Deli omelette. I tried a piece of that too and it was good! I guess you can say, I had a little bit of everything. It's definitely one of those restaurants where you'll want to taste a little of everyone's food. I am shocked at the amount of stars that people have been generous enough to give this restaurant. So the first time I went the table next to us found a hair in their food. We thought nothing of it, our first experience was great. The second time we went was fine other than our waiter completely forgot about us. The third and final straw came when I ordered my favorite dish only to find a hair in it, then my boyfriend also found a hair in his dish as well. We were compensated with a discount coupon and "free" meals, but we will not be returning. Their coffee is great though! read more

Everything I ate was delicious (eggs Benedetto, lemon blueberry pancake, caramel French toast, huevos rancheros)! Iced coffee was actually tasty too and unlimited refills (unheard of!!!). Poured French press hot coffee was so tasty too. They're really amenable to personalizing your order (subbing out meat for avocado, for example) which is so refreshing. The most "urban" brunch place you can find in the Mount Laurel area! Loved the modern decor and the unique menu consists of mostly breakfast style items and sandwiches. The price is a little bit high for NJ but the portion size definitely complements it. The variety in coffee is excellent as well. Recommended to try at least once to see if it's your cup of tea. read more

I Visited your Moorestown NJ location today (10/10/19), and would like to tell you about my horrific visit. I have been to many of your locations and have never had any issues before. The service has always been pleasant and the food has been great, but after today, I will never set foot in one of your establishments again. I went in with a friend of mine for breakfast, there were not many people there, since it was only 8:30. Our order was very simple. She ordered a vegi- omelette, no cheese (due to allergies) a plain English muffin and a side of fruit... and mine was simply, a side of scrambled eggs and an English muffin. First her's came out, smothered in cheese. When we reminded our server, she said no cheese, he just said "oh that's right" and took it back. Then, my small plate of scrambles eggs came out with my English muffin. I took one small bite, and then with my second forkful... a long dark thick hair came with the egg. To say I was disgusted, shocked and sick to my stomach, was an understatement! When the server came back over with my friends new omelette, we showed him the extra ingredient in my eggs... his response was simply.... " oh, did you want another one?" We asked to speak to a manger who came over an let us know that the omelet would be taken off our bill. We could not even finish our meal, we were so disgusted. As a manager and my friend a small business owner, this is NOT how you handle a situation like this. The server never apologized, as we were leaving the manager never made eye contact with us or spoke to us again. All we got were excuses and a bad case of nausea.... Oh, and our bill that should have been covered due to this incident... we were still charged for the eggs, English muffin and coffee. We will be sure that all our friends are aware that this is not somewhere they want to go. read more

This place is straight garbage. For one they don't answer the phone. Every time I tried to get in contact it disconnects. Also, I paid $75 for breakfast. Which included shells in the eggs, rubbery bacon, and couldn't even include the syrup that came with it. Bacon & sausage was $3 each to only come with 3 pieces of bacon & 2 of the sausage. Normally love turning point. Not sure what happened this visit. Coffee was great-that is always spot on. We ordered skillet dishes (egg whites veggies etc). The veggies were not sautéed.so basically it was scrambled egg whites over raw onion. tomato, pepper and mushrooms. we asked the manager and she said you have to request them to be cooked. Uh it was called a skillet.. so odd. needless to say they comped the meals on the bill-so bravo for doing the right thing. I will go back bc it is usually good. just won't order this. read more

If there was a way I could choose negative stars I would. To say the customer service was lacking is an understatement. My order was easy...veggie omelette, no cheese, dry, toasted English Muffin and fruit. My friends order was even easier...scrambled eggs and a dry toasted English Muffin. Out comes the order. My veggie omelette was covered in cheese and my friends scrambled eggs were embedded with a 3 inch long, dark curly hair. When the server came over with my new cheese-less omelette we promptly showed him the accoutrement in the scrambled eggs. With no apology, shock or disdain at the hair, he simply said, I'll get you another order. We had to ask for a manager who did apologize but did not offer to take the hair laden scrambled eggs off of the bill until we asked. As we attempted to eat our barely toasted, cold, English muffins the server still did not make an appearance to attempt to apologize. He did however come to clear our plates of our uneaten breakfast and did tell my friend that she didn't need to pick up the knife he dropped on the seat next to her. As we were paying the bill, our server who checked us out had one more chance to make our visit better by acknowledging the incident said nothing. The manager standing behind him wouldn't even make eye contact with us. As a small business owner in the Moorestown area, this lack of customer service disgusts me. We eat here frequently and typically have good service and we really like the food and coffee. That said, do NOT ever order takeout or delivery (through Grub hub or Doordash) as Turning Point can not handle the volume during this Covid-19 period of time. We pre-ordered the day before and waited 1 hr 45 mins for delivery and finally got an email indicating our order was canceled. We tried calling multiple times but no one would pick-up. This was not the delivery companies fault as they communicated the entire time. Thanks to TP for getting Mothers 's Day off to a bad start! We may never eat here again. read more

Have stopped here for a coffee on the way to work 6 times and have only actually gotten any coffee 3 times. Once, I showed up at 7:15 and the door was still locked, they open at 7. The other two times there was nobody at the counter to serve the coffee, after waiting 5 minutes each time I left. Bleh. Bland. Glorified diner. Won't return here. Our water cups smelled like wet dog. The server took our cups to the kitchen and returned with the same cups-how do I know you ask? Well my lipstick was still on it. They were warm like they had been cleaned but the lipstick remnants led me to place the cups aside and drink the water bottle I had brought in our diaper bag. I got the pesto egg white entree. It was lukewarm at best and no flavor. The toast I received with it was delivered sans butter, had to ask for it. First time at Moorestown NJ Turning Point and I'm giving it a 2 star for overall experience. It was recommended by a coworker as great place to eat so I took my mom and my daughter for a Sunday brunch. The online reservation is, by far, the best i've seen. I did it by phone before leaving and we were seated right after checking in. Staff are friendly and attentive. However, a few things that stood out righr away are the table condition and attention to detail. The table and menu were still wet from getting cleaned. Water or liquid drinks that may have spilled from previous customer are still there. I had to ask for our utensils after the the meal was already served. The meal we asked was also incomplete and I had to ask for it before the server left. In all honesty, I've had better brunch experience at IHOP and Rt130 Diner. I would return and give it another try but my expectation won't be as high as the first time. read more

First time hearing about this place and went this morning. Lemon blueberry pancakes were good but missing the lemon zest taste described in the menu. You get 3 Nice sized pancakes for the money. The service not so great. The waitress seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. When she asked the perfunctory "How's everything" she was less than pleased with a couple of requests. Worst experience! I ordered Seaside Jersey club sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. Sandwich came in with tomatoes, onions and a red string of hair. Chips were stale. On top of that we waited for about 30-40 mins for the food. read more

Food was good, service was awful from the 40 minute wait (we were told 15-20 minutes) and taking parties ahead of us. The 2 people at the front desk kept taking names only one time mentioning that there is a quick service section, where I'm sure people would have been happy to go if they had known about it. It was a busy Saturday, but that's no excuse for the entry way having a napkin, a receipt, and spilled Cheerios as soon as you walk in the door. The area around where we were finally seated was dirty too, with napkins and paper on the floor. The waiter came back to ask us if everything was OK when we were already 75% done with our meal. I have worked at a busy restaurant myself and I know what it's like to fall behind. But no diner wants to eat in a place that's dirty. Bend over and pick up that napkin or piece of paper, it takes a second. Seems like the young staff is just overwhelmed when it's busy. read more

My family and I went here for breakfast this morning. I absolutely loved it. It is really clean and cute inside and they have a little to go area we will have to check out as well. My husband got coffee and I got a specialty latte. That was hands down the best espresso drink I've ever had. My husband's coffee was so good we were like "hey we don't even need to put anything in this". We had coffee at Common Grounds the other day, but this may have beat that! Another thing I also like about Turning Point is that I am able to eat healthier while still eating out. I follow a specific 'diet' so it can be difficult finding options to fit into that, but I didn't have a problem here. Everything we ordered was delicious and we didn't leave feeling lethargic and uncomfortable from eating it all. Our waitress was really kind and attentive as well. Sunman and I visited Turning Point in Moorestown today after being encouraged to do so by a co-worker. At 11:30 in the morning, the parking lot was very full (a good sign) and the wait was 20 minutes. While waiting I noticed that nearly every guest was wiping out their coffee cup before filling it. We were finally lead to our table through a very narrow path which had to be uncomfortable for those seated along that path. Every table is given a pitcher of citrus refreshed ice water. It was 15 minutes before our waitress made her way to the table. She took our order for coffee and was surprised when we asked for glasses for the water. She delivered two glasses and prewrapped utensils. My glass was really dirty and the napkin was coffee stained. Another lengthy wait and our waitress returned to take our order. Guests were seated at an adjacent table while we were waiting. Their order was taken almost immediately and to my surprise, their food came while we were still waiting. Finally our order arrived. Sunman selected the Big Easy Benedict while I opted for the avocado toast with two over easy eggs and a side of chicken sausage. The new version of Eggs Benedict had great eye appeal and was delicious. The coffee was very weak...hardly worth it. The avocado toast was a huge portion but very tasty. The eggs were not cooked over easy. Rather, grease was spooned over the yolks to finish the cooking process. Yuck. The chicken sausage arrived on a doily lined plate and you guessed it, the doily was then saturated with grease. The sausage was tasty and only improved the eggs. The Ladies Room was not clean. Will we go back? Maybe because the food was tasty. The wait and service left a lot to be desired. read more
