Our luck finally changed and Penny found us a house a year ago that we fell in love with but wasn't on the market yet due to it being a foreclosure. We started the process on getting this house last August and we ran into a lot of troubles with the loan place and was declined a couple days before our closing date which was in December but Penny was right there to save the day.
