This is my regular spot. Saluzzo is a small town in northwest Italy. It's a quiet place where the action, such as it is, is centered around the bars and a central walkway area closed to traffic. Turnover is a block off the walkway with a large, inexpensive parking lot across the street.
Don't let the name of the place put you off. You can sit here and linger over a great cappuccino in the morning and watch the rich pageant of humanity pass by. The staff is friendly but unobtrusive. No one will approach you and ask if you want another or are ready for the bill. You call for a server to order the next round.
Like every good bar, you are allowed to experience the place the way you want. The staff and management want you happy and in the ten or so times I've been here, that's always the way I've left.
