It was almost like going in a museum of local art. I had a chance to spend some time talking to the owner while there and it was inspired by her late sister who was a gifted artist. She had one piece of art left from her sister on display in the store. The owner is a former occupational therapist who decided to commit to pursuing a dream that will include art lessons and the art of cooking later this year. The space is in an old house and there is art on display on the bottom and upper floor. Because this was once a home (I presume), the studio spaces are like the bedrooms of the building, kinda small and fun to wander through. There is a variety of genres of art displayed ranging from life drawing, landscapes, textiles, sculpture, and everything in between. There is also a space for different art workshops. I would love to check out the classes sometime, it's a great spot!
