I went to this place in 2010 for some chronic pain, I was a student at the time with no insurance…read morethat covered any "alternative medical treatments. Danielle is the sole provider and owner at Phoenix Rising, she was very nice and seemed sincerely interested in helping me, her price was a wopping $75 per session twice a week, which she gave me %10 off of. I went for 7 weeks 2x a week 1 more week than she initially told me I would need to go for, and I did see some improvement, So as far as that goes that was fine, but at least once a week she would tell me she was going thru a divorce and how she was a single mother, I didnt think much about that at the time, however, I do remember thinking maybe she was trying to make me feel guilty so I would keep coming to appts. Anyway when I called this week, firstly I kept getting a "this mailbox is full" message. so sent a text, as the phone number is her personal cell# ,she replied with a very short "its $75 per session, when I asked if she had any flexibility, like previously and seeing I was a repeat customer, she absolutely refused!!, according to her, operation cost required she charge what she was, wow!!, so I made only 2 calls, one to a Medical Drs, office!! that offers acupuncture and one other place, both were much less than Phoenix Rising, the later was less than half her price!! anyway I let her know what I had discovered and told her I would still prefer to drive out of my way to her because she had helped me in the past, her reply was somewhat revealing regarding her as a person, She said maybe group acupuncture was what I needed!! and thats it! what ever that meant?, I am going to the medical Drs. office that I mentioned for $50 cash per treatment , and its definitely not group! So, In my experience with "phoenix rising" when it really counts is more interested in your money, than your health, because all health providers no matter what will usually give a discount when needed and I needed it as I am currently out of work. I ask anyone, running a business, if $7.50 off of $75 will take your profit, then your already a running poor business or lying. Lastly, me thinks acupuncture works, but call around!! you can get just as much, for much less!! with people who are REALLY interested in your health!!

Her treatments and suggestions with self care and nutrition have made a world of difference. I'm so grateful and blessed to have her help and understanding of Lyme Disease and all the effects it has on the body on so many levels. Thank you Danielle!!!
