Located in the Jewish Quarter, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants and it is an easy walk to the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The beds comfortable, and the shower had lots of hot water. Breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold things. We actually really enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. We have no complaints at all. Yes the furniture is a bit worn, maybe a paint job would be nice but remember the price you are paying. The salt grotto was under renovations which was disappointing but that wouldn't have changed us staying here but if that is what you are coming for, maybe check. We would recommend and have no hesitation about staying here again. Loved it!

The location is also perfect, just ten minutes walk to the old town square and 15 min from train station. You can also book the trip to salt mine or Auschwitz directly at the reception and the guide will come to pick you up at the hostel. I really like it here!

There is a Biedronka across the street, and a little further down the street is a very nice movie theater and a mall. These are seperate buildings but its a very fast 8 minute walk--mostly flat with a slight incline. Its directly across the way from the water park which is not attached to the motel. Parking is gated and plenty of it across the street as well. I assume it gets very busy for summer. The fees for dogs, parking and room all add up but it was still convenient and not far outside of Old Town. We did not mind driving into Old Town...but parking is hard to find in Krakow center. The hotel staff was nice. Check-in had some complications with the fees but she figured it out quickly. The beds, unfortunately were not comfortable. We could barely sleep. I did enjoy the windows above the beds though. It was very warm so having a window with airflow above our bed was so nice to have and it wasn't noisy at night. Blackout drapes didn't work very well but it wasn't terrible. It is outdated and needs some cosmetic repair.

Turning into the parking lot of the hotel I was surprised to see the letter "I" was not lit up as the rest of the word swing. I read "Sw ng" and it should've read "Swing." I was skeptical at first and it didn't help that one of the two elevators was out. It was a struggle to get around 250 people upstairs with luggage and carry ons while using one elevator. Once we got onto the elevator and into our rooms it was a very comfortable room for two people. There were two twin sized beds and my friend being a little taller had his feet poking off the other end of the bed. Further, he is over 6 feet and the bed went up to his shins. Rather low for tall people, and guaranteed for knee pain regardless of the amount of REM sleep you get. Overall my stay at the swing hotel was quite average and would say if you are looking for a hotel in Poland to consider it...towards the bottom of your list. Have a nice day!!

It's about 4min walk from the main square--which means it's quiet and not super crowded at night when sleeping, but also not far from the fun! A nice cafe is on either side of the apartment building, which is wonderful for breakfast! The room itself was newly lovely! We were downstairs in a newly renovated two bedroom apartment. It had a spacious bathroom with beautiful shower and sleek sink (and towel warmer). The bedrooms and living area were a lovely mix of both modern and old world charm. Exposed brick and old world furniture juxtaposed with clean lines in the kitchen, light fixtures, & bath. Very much appreciated the small (but new) washer for our clothes as well! No dryer but a drying rack was provided. Overall we felt this was the perfect place to stay while visiting Krakow!

They are attentive, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Now to dive a bit deeper, the rooms are lovely. The aesthetics are pleasing, there is ample storage space and a safe. Everything is controlled electronically which is pretty cool, however there are those one off glitches in the system. I would encourage them transition to an iPad from the Samsung tablet, but I could just be bias haha. There is a cute breakfast spot with freshly baked goods, a restaurant and bar on-site. Did I mention the indoor and outdoor lounge areas!? All are spacious and wonderfully designed. Guests also have access to the on-site spa which is equally lavish and refreshing. To put it simply, 10/10 would stay again!

The suite has it's own kitchen and nice furnishings. The shower did not always have hot water, but you could use the showers for the 10-person rooms which worked great. I would DEFINITELY stay in the suite again! However... Our first night there we stayed in the 10-person rooms, which were much less nice. People at the desk were always friendly! The wifi is pretty spotty, but you can use the 3 computers that they have in the lobby/check-in area at any time of day, and they always had internet.

They were so accommodating and we were able to have a relaxed evening drink in the bar/breakfast room. The staff really made us at home and were always polite and considerate. The hotel is close to shops and is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, which takes you straight into the town centre. The excursions also pick up directly from outside the hotel. I would definitely go back based on the pleasant and wonderful experience.

It was like crossing into a bad neighborhood. The rooms are uninhabitable in the summer as it was hotter than outdoors with direct sunlight and no climate control. It's a noisy street as well, so it meant trading an open window for the sounds of noisy cars. The rooms themselves are quite bad with exposed concrete and torn wallpaper. Ultimately, we had to check out 2 days early and move to a hotel that didn't have unbearable heat in the rooms. They did not offer a refund on the 2 days we would not be staying. 1 star since 0 is not an option.
