This was a standard option when garage shopping Los Angeles but every garage pro in the area had never sold or seen what I looking for and the closest option, which still didn't satisfy our requirements, was 2-3x the price of most doors. Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. They failed to tell me they had actually scheduled my car's appointment even though they said they would coordinate that part with me, which I didn't know until I missed the appointment. Ultimately, it took another 2 months to get my car on their schedule. Now the day I go to drop my car off and pickup the loaner is even more fun. The loaner car had been dropped off that morning after being in a "hit and run". Jim's Auto Body employee informs me its completely drivable, which is was. Then I get in the car and it reeks of cigarette smoke and the "service fuel filter" light is on. Now lets fast forward to the day I'm supposed to pick it up. Not only did they not call me, I called them to find out that it will not be ready for another 2 days. Again, the day it's supposed to be ready, I'm the one calling them only to find out it needs another 2 days before it's ready. Now the day comes for the third time, is my car ready? Oh would you know, it'll be ready just before 5pm on closing at Friday. Which inevitably means I cannot pickup my car until the following Monday. Here we go! Lets pickup the car, finally! It's done when I get there! It obviously smells very chemically due to having fresh paint, ok I get that. They left their dust and whatever mess it may be for my cleaning detail, thanks. The best part? I went to fill up the gas tank and had to the pry the cover open because it was taped shut still from being painted. Does it look better then it did when I dropped it off? Yes. Annnd don't forget the fun 3% fee when you pay with credit card, which adds up rather quickly when you have a lot of work done! Thanks guys. Just work on your COMMUNICATIONS!!!!!!

I completed their survey after the move stating all of the above & have heard nothing back. No one picks up the phone number listed on their website. I even went in person to the office, saw the 2 movers who "moved" me, told them I need to speak with the owner, nothing but crickets.

K S." showed up on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done! They were polite and respectful of both properties. They handled my furniture with the same care that I personally would have taken and were professionals at all times. Even when faced with challenges, they problem solved and included me in the decision making process to ensure I was informed and aware of what was going on at all times Do not be fooled by the apparent youth of some of these employees; they are good! I never had to worry that my belongings were going to arrive safely. I never had to question anything they were doing. I even saved money by booking online 60 days before my move. That's just awesome! The only hiccup was in the planning phase. Because I booked online, and told them my inventory, their calculator didn't accurately anticipate the size of the move. Luckily, I moved to a location close enough to allow 2 back to back trips in a short amount of time. I talked to the company about this and found out that I could have asked for a site visit (or virtual site visit) to get super accuracy on my quote. They would have sent someone to visually check what I was moving to determine what size truck to send instead of estimating based on my reported inventory. Next time, I'll know! Still, hats off to College H. U. N. K. S. I highly recommend them! They are logisticians on a mission! I totally respect that!!!!
