This school has been absolutely perfect for our family since he was diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum as being a child with High-Functioning Autism. He is not in a special education classroom and is not on an IEP and does not need to be at this school. The school treats each child as an individual and educates them to their specific needs and abilities. The school has a four-day school week and there is no homework being brought home. My nephew has been allowed to advance at his own level, even up to the next grade level, and does not have the stigma of being treated like he is in special education. All children are on a behavior management program where they are rewarded for good behavior and he is frequently going on field trips. Bullying is treated appropriately and I'm ecstatic to hear my nephew be able to actually say for the first time that he has "friends." He has sensory issues with clothes and is allowed to wear clothes that are comfortable to him. I like this school because my nephew is treated like a capable child and for the first time in his life is enjoying school and really likes his teachers. It's a pleasure to see him come home from school in a good mood and a lot of his behavioral issues at home have greatly decreased since he has been enrolled at this school. I would totally recommend this school to any parent who has a child on the autism spectrum and/or has ADHD/ADD, or has any type of learning disability.

He would repeatedly tell me to call back, dodge my calls, tell me he's going to call back in an hour (he did not), and when I called back to follow up (expecting him to be professional and call when he SAYS he's going to call), he basically bit my head off and used the flaky excuse that "I get busy". (It had been 9 hours since he said he'd call back in an hour.) I have yet to have any of the 5 remaining lessons I am owed, and honestly, I don't intend to. He has been nothing but rude, unprofessional, and flaky since our first 2 lessons. I don't know what happened to make him flip so suddenly, but I am extremely displeased and offended by his conduct. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to get their license in the next year, as your schedule clearly does not matter to him.

That was written when I was much younger,…read moreand I have a much different and a better view of this whole situation now so I will write a better review. I went to that school from preschool (they called it k-4 when I was in it) all the way up until 8th grade. There were many different principals while I was there but my experience with one of them, Mrs. Cordova, was the most memorable and was my main reason for such a hateful review. She would often take advantage of the fact that I was not only stupid as a preteen, but that I was always the one being walked all over. She had been my 2nd grade teacher, and not long after became the principal. She tried to get me to be a mediator for a group of girls in my class that caused the most issues and were the main bullies in the school at the time. She also never suggested solutions or helped in any way when it came to academic problems. At the time, the math teacher was one of her close friends and she would, in fact, "play the devils advocate" whenever anyone said any sort of issue they had with the math teacher, including with her own son. Different children have different needs and some are more sensitive than others. It was not helpful or kind of her to always try and pin the blame on me for not understanding what the teacher was teaching. They would suggest tutoring but a middle schooler and a high schooler being put together for tutoring doesn't work well OFTEN. High schoolers can and DO get distracted easily, especially in an environment where they are not allowed to get distracted or talk much with their friends until lunchtime which was when tutoring was. This school was not helpful unless you were one of the really academically strong kids, and that was my issue. It also was not a very okay environment to be gay in, especially when it was covid and it felt like the world was ending. It was not a good experience for me overall, but I would like to apologize about the hateful and disrespectful review. It doesn't reflect the person that I am now. Please just be mindful of your children and remember, every sin is seen the same in God's eyes and we don't chastise or intimidate our children and relatives for eating bacon like we have gay people for being gay. Truly love each other and do not judge, we do not have the right to only God can. The two really hateful reviews are from people who don't know Jesus and sent their kids to the school simply so that they could use their children as a crutch to write bad reviews, and the only review they have written is about the school they opened up an account just to write a bad review That being said, my son has straight, A's knows more about the Bible than I do knows a lot about math a lot about history a lot about science is great in PE and that's not mentioning how big he is. He's the biggest kid there by far in his grade there are a few things just like any other school that worry me a little Bit And it doesn't mean the schools bad it just means some of the teachers need to get their act together. I really hope some of them don't play favorites but I'm sure that many of the people that write these horrible reviews about this wonderful school have that favorite game they play to I'm sure they played every day at work. They play it on the road they played at home. They play it with their friends. This place is a wonderful school to send your child a little expensive but it's far less expensive than the other schools that are charging 12 and $13,000 For your child ago I paid $6800 a year and yes it's a little bit harder because I had to take a massive pay cut to move from Seattle to New Mexico but my son is happy very happy. I hope that people make it an assessment for themselves, rather than listening to the horrible reviews that were written from normal people that don't get employed by the school there's literally only four reviews. Including this one don't work here I'm a plumber. Everybody knows me is the big red bearded man. I'm more friendly than I ever have been because my family is happy. My sons education is paramount. This is an accredited school. He's gonna go far despite what some of the haters say. Have a nice day everybody great place to send your child. And trump is great. Then, wanted to charge…read more$250 to "reinstate" student if perfect attendance didn't happen, and with 6 am drive times all that was available for several months. When I objected to the $250 fee and was walking away to take my business elsewhere, the drive instructor tried to goad me into a fight, saying "don't walk away, turn around," and "come at me, bro." They don't get it. Their lack of professionalism is why I am going to another place for my driver hours and none of my younger children or friends will be going here. Even if the guy wasn't 6'2" and 250 lb, I wouldn't fight him. These people are the epitome of unprofessional bullies.
