Jim is a true gem, he challenges the kiddos to be active participants in their learning. The most impressive part is that he treats each kiddo with the same respect he would treat an adult. Too often kiddos don't get this same level of respect and when you are able to find a human who truly appreciates and is interested in interacting with kiddos you have to celebrate them! My kids ask me all week is it soccer night. The music, the games, the coaching all make for a great evening each week. The only thing they need to make it better is WiFi for the parents. If you want your kids to develop the necessary skills to stick with soccer I would recommend sending them here before putting them in a rec league.

They also arranged to spend a part of the day playing dodgeball at the Taekwondo studio in the same building, meaning my son didn't come home totally spun from too many hours sitting still. I did not realize this gym really has it all. I mean I was just looking for a simple get on the treadmill, lift some weights and we are good. I didn't realize there was a pool, childcare and so many fitness classes on the Y app. This is not just a community place but really brings people together from all fitness levels and ages. This is something my previous gyms did not offer. I can really see a difference in the workouts I get here compared to a fitness boutique around Columbus and I've probably been to every single gym in Columbus if you ask a random person who may know me. My lifestyle resolves around the gym to train for the marathons I run. Next time you need a fitness recommendation you can message me or just come here and check it out for yourself. Did you know once you join the Y your membership is good at all locations and not just here? The Y has so many perks. Next time you need a community feeling gym look no further than your local YMCA. If I were a mom I would send my kid's here for camp. I came here last week for the first annual…read moreColumbus Yoga Festival and it was awesome. I basically relived my best childhood years here. They have their indoor cabins here and of course the outdoor common areas and hiking paths. You cannot imagine how happy I was when I arrived here, I mean the last outdoor camping experience I had was in Dayton and so I pretty much miss the outdoorsy experience. I was so kindly greeted when I arrived here for the Columbus Yoga Festival and given a guide for the day and what will happen around the common grounds. There were two food trucks here. The Little Eater and the Hai Poke. They had the camp tables set up for everyone to eat their lunches there. The space was more than enough to enjoy outdoor yoga. Just the experience of being outdoors and enjoying nature was so great for me. I love outdoorsy events. This particular one spoke to me as my inner yogi came out. They had enough room for vendors to set up their tables for aerial yoga, braids, juice stations, nail stations, etc. It was such a fun day and I wish I could relive it all over again!
