Having class with her once a week has really kickstarted my Spanish speaking abilities. She does a great mix of book learning to give you the tools you need and having real conversations in Spanish. She makes you feel very comfortable speaking with her in a new language and makes you want to give it your best shot even if you don't know all the words. She is very patient and takes the time to explain why some things are different in Spanish vs English and talks about Hispanic customs as well.
