They came to install a new PA system of wireless microphones and active speakers a week ago. This company is so DISORGANIZED from the time i spoke to the sales rep to schedule in person consult and install. They had me speak with 2 people before my appointment of which neither were the technician who came to do our install. The technician who came had a language barrier to speak fluent English and for our simple install he had to call another tech in guiding him to perform the service properly. Then the tech on the day of the appointment left to grab the brackets and cables required then took it upon himself to take a lunch break while he was out without informing us that he was going to have a lunch break as we waited patiently for his return to complete the work. Lastly, we called them a week later after completion of the install to ask them to advise us on getting the sound arranged for a more conducive sound experience because our speakers are only positioned for the audience to hear output and needed to have a solution for the performers to hear sound output as well for a professional arrangement l. This company COULD NOT even get a hold of a technician for us for a simple ask but instead kept giving us excuses WITHOUT a callback to discuss. This company is nothing but HEADACHES full stop!!!!

We also wanted someone to mount TVs and install security cameras. David arrived promptly for the initial consultation where we discussed what we wanted for each room, inside the house and out. He has visited our home many times over the past couple months as our project evolved to include many other tasks: fixing electrical issues, the doorbell, and sprinkler system; installing a new smart sprinkler controller; and even installing a ceiling fan! What we appreciate most about David is how he is extremely knowledgable and that he provides a practical solution for everything. He always took time to answer any and all questions, explained how everything functioned (or did not function), and went above and beyond to ensure everything was correct and to our liking. Shlomi offered to "private escort" our TVs, which included removing all four of them for the cost of what it would have run us for movers' insurance and boxes. He removed them all extremely quickly, drove them to our new house, and installed them on the walls before we even moved in, all for a super fair price. He listened, was completely willing to do it my way, and then expertly walked me through why a different approach would work better. A few things that stood out (again): - He installed the entire Frame while I was on a work call. When my call ended, he was already finished, the TV was up, and everything was clean. Zero damage, zero mess, zero disruption. - The same patience and lack of ego from the doorbell project carried over. He could have just done it his way from the start, but he respected that I had a plan and earned his way into changing it. - The result looks exactly like the Frame is supposed to look: flush, clean, like art on the wall.
