Roman did a fantastic job to mount our 65 inch TV. We have a limited space for our TV and I always wanted to have a bigger TV . I contacted Roman, he came the same day then we talk what is to be done and scheduled the work the next week. He came installed it and perfect. He cleans his work space and very polite and very friendly. Thank you Roman

Roman was able to come out on a Saturday evening to hang two TV's (70"+ and 55") over two different fire places. From the time I reached out, to the time he arrived, communication was great. Roman was very meticulous about the placement of the TVs and considered spacing between everything (ceiling, fireplace, outlet, etc.). He also cleaned up throughout each step of the process. In addition to the TVs, we had an issue hanging a cabinet in a bathroom and asked if he could help. Roman addressed the issue we were having and secured the cabinet with additional screws. All 3 items were hung fairly quickly and very securely for a fair price. Would definitely recommend Roman for TV mounting services and possibly other items that need hanging/mounting. Truly appreciated the same day and quality of service.

Roman did a fantastic job removing our old, fixed TV mount, replacing it with a new, full-motion mount, and re-hanging our 65 inch TV in a built-in wall unit. He was very meticulous in his work and he made extra sure everything was hung perfectly -- safely, of course, and also centered and level all around. He also did a great job troubleshooting unexpected issues that came up along the way. He was very professional and easy to work with and his prices were very reasonable. I reached out to him in the morning and he was at our house the same day. I couldn't be happier with the end result and I will definitely reach out to Roman the next time I need work like this done.

Lesbian couple here. We hired Roman to mount our 50" TV because after buying the mount we were a little intimidated by the project. He showed up, unpacked his tools, asked us a few questions about our preferences and got started right away. He consulted with us about various methods of concealing the cord, and he tried a few things that we asked about and advised us on the best option. Roman installed 2 curtain rods in my living room. He works very quickly and efficient. The rods are not standard size and had to cover 2 windows and 1 window + 1 patio door. In order to install one of them, he had to move the sound system. It took him only 1.5 hr to finish all the work and I was very pleased with the result. read more

Amazing! Roman was able to make a same day install request when all the other places around here were not answering or not available until next week. His prices are extremely reasonable, beating Geek Squad and Thumbtack in both cost and quality of work. He knows what he is doing, he's very professional and took his time with the job, making sure the mount was at the desired height as well. I will recommend him for anyone I know that needs a TV mounted and I will use his services again when we mount other TVs in the house. Thank you so much Roman! read more

I recently purchased two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets with glass doors (30 3/4" x 37 3/8") but only to…read morerealize they were too heavy (over 80 lbs each) to assemble on my own. I decided to hire a professional assembler again and opted to try a different company this time for comparison. [Quote and scheduling]: Assembly Masters do not list pricing information on their website. Customers must request a quote via the "GET A FREE QUOTE HERE" button on the website or by calling their contact number. I submitted my request online and received an initial quote of $119.00 (flat rate with no tax) for one cabinet. However, I clarified that my initial job request was assembling two IKEA BRIMNES cabinets and the representative apologized for the typo. Unlike few other assembly companies, Assembly Masters require (1) customers to provide their full address and phone number for order confirmation and (2) provide credit card information to secure the appointment. I later called their number where I spoke with Todd who was very friendly. He finalized my appointment and processed my credit payment payment over the phone. [Service terms and conditions]: Here are some key service terms and conditions to be aware of - * FREE street / validated or paid parking by customer; parking to be provided for Assembler * All boxes to be located in the desired area for assembly prior to arrival * Attaching Items to the wall is an optional service - added charge may apply * Moving items to another room after Assembly is not included * Empty boxes and debris are stacked neatly for disposal by customer * Assemblers do not haul trash/ boxes away after service is complete * Assemblers are NOT required to move existing furniture/ Items * Pictures/ Video of assembly are taken by Assembler for verification [Process]: The technician Alvaro arrived within 24 hours of my booking and within the 3-hour scheduled time window. He was friendly and well-prepared with his tools. Alvaro was able to complete the assembly of both IKEA BRIMNES cabinets in just over an hour. [Conclusion]: Assembly Masters provided a reasonable quote and completed the job efficiently. However, few areas could use improvement including (1) allowing customers to pay in cash or by credit card in person before the job begins rather than requiring payment over the phone, (2) listing clear service prices (or price range) on the website instead of requiring customers to request a quote, and (3) offering to haul away empty boxes instead of leaving them to the customer. Personally these are relatively minor issues, but another furniture assembly company I recently worked with managed to accomplish all three of these areas in addition to completing the assembly job. If these points are not dealbreakers, Assembly Masters is still a solid choice for anyone looking to save time assembling IKEA furniture.

Thanks to Roman for his excellent service he came on short notice and went to work installing my TV. Unfortunately when the TV arrived when we plugged it in it was cracked so Roman had to leave while I ordered a replacement TV.
