I decided to change the existing wall-mount for one that pulls out and can be angled and tilted. On The Wall installers stayed in touch via text, confirmed the appointment the day before, sent an ETA before our appointment and arrived on time. They wore shoe protectors and masks ( COVID19 stuff), were neat, clean, efficient and did an excellent job. One of the connecting cables was too short so I purchased one from them for a very reasonable price. I anticipated that at least one of the cables would be short, so that was expected. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. I recently purchased a new home in SATX and needed several TV's mounted on the wall. I found these guys on Yelp, sent a message, and Cristian (the owner) responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. Pricing was very fair, given the amount of time & labor required (2.5-3+ hrs; 2 men). They are not pushy with their own mounting hardware; I opted to use EchoGear mounts I bought off Amazon during Black Friday -- and they were totally cool with it. What really earned my business was when I asked for his *honest* opinion about mounting my 85 inch TV over my fireplace and he explained it would be too high and I should wait/shop around for another TV in that particular spot. He was 100% right (I didn't want to end up on Reddit's r/TVTooHigh/ as an offender). Ultimately this saved me money, headaches/neckstrains, and extra work -- which I really appreciate. The job was executed flawlessly. They first put up templates for all 3 TV's I wanted to dial in the height. Wires are virtually invisible (neatly routed & tucked away + wall grommets installed). Everybody that's seen how my stuff is hooked up has been super impressed! I will 100% be hiring these guys to mount the TV's in my bedrooms once those show up. Wow is all I can say about my entire process with TV on the Wall. First, he called me back after I requested information right away. He also communicated via text after we set up my appointment so it was normal communication with out the hassle of taking phone calls. He gave me a ETA and showed up right on time. That is a big deal for me! My installation took place New Years Eve which I was super excited about because I wanted my two TV's off of the floor ASAP. Again wow! Christian came right on time, gave me the break down of cost and got right to work. I have a 75" in the living room and a 65" curved in the bedroom. He provided the correct brackets (living room is full motion, bed room is standard) and cords so I didn't have to deal with shopping as part of the process after buying the TV'S TV's were centered and put on the wall with ease. They even cleaned up after drilling into the wall and setting up my connections so all I had to do was plug in the sound bar and PS4. I cannot stress enough how great Christian took care of us! We recently moved into a new house and normally I would take on the challenge of mounting the TVs (as I've done in all of my previous residences). This time around I got nervous about doing it myself because I kept getting electrical readings behind the wall so I decided to call a professional. I looked around and almost went with GeekSquad but I found TV On the Wall and gave them a call instead. When scheduling the appointment Christian walked me through what to expect, explained pricing (even provided a discount for mounting multiple TVs), and gave me an hour timeframe that he would arrive. He sent me a reminder text the day before and also provided a courtesy call. The morning of the appointment he provided his ETA and arrived within a few minutes of that. When the guys arrived they wore masks and shoe coverings and took time to explain what they were going to do. They placed a template on the wall to show our options and entertained my wife's OCD tendency to need things exactly center with different points of references (ie. the entertainment center vs the couch, etc). We purchased two HDMI cables from them for a reasonable price and they were able to run them through the wall and do cable management. I had my existing mounts from the previous house and they used them without issue. As cliche as this sounds my only complaint is that I mounted my TVs myself in all of the previous homes and didn't call TV On the Wall. The piece of mind knowing it's been done right the first time and being able to consult on placement is great. Thank you for a job well done! After sending my first email I had a reply within ten minutes, and a complete and accurate estimate within 20 minutes. Setting up an appointment was easy and the guys arrived on time. After discussing the installation particulars, the guys got to work and were finished in under 30 minutes.
