Being overseas in the U.S. and seeking printing partners can be a challenge. Time differences,…read morepaper format differences, delays in communication, language barriers, etc. With only two weeks to my print deadline, I reached out to three potential print partners: a trade show booth manufacturer, a printer broker and Copy Top. I called all three. The first two spoke English and deal with international clients all the time. Copy Top's team in their Grande Armee location did not speak it fluently enough. So, I sent an email with my request in broken French. The other two options assured me they could help. Yet, they were sporadic in communication--which didn't inspire trust--something that is critical when I am thousands of miles away. Copy Top passed my inquiry to their English-speaking Director of Sales, who called me immediately, and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. He worked with me on sizing and paper weight adjustments that were comparable to what I would use in the US. He went the extra mile and researched some of that material for me. He ensured the project was done on time and delivered to my client. I can't thank them enough. My client was happy with the products and I found a new partner overseas. The only reason why this isn't a 5-star review is simply the cost. The other potential printers quoted me anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the price. But, if peace of mind is critical to you as it was for me in this instance, it was worth the investment.

We actually ended up redesigning the logo, so it's far more sophisticated - and while I now maintain my own web site, she helped me get started, formatted it, and tutored me on a few things including Photoshop. I'm just getting started with social media marketing, but will definitely get assistance from Girl Friday for creating custom banners for Facebook and Instagram.

We had to go back and forth a bit because the data kept changing but she was so fantastic and understanding. She turned around the project so quickly and kept upbeat and so very professional. I would like to use Sonia for every creative project we have to do! She took creative license to make two different versions: an online one and printed one and really understood what we needed from the final product. I later found out that copies and printouts at stores cost 1 euro per page. If you are kind and sincere to your patrons, you should first offer how much each print costs. Black and white print A4 size, 6 sheets I paid a total of 8.7 €= $9.6 USdollars. Super expensive. It's not high quality, it's just average. I feel cheated. I didn't know it was so expensive. I didn't check the rates, but I imagined prices in cities in the US, Canada, and Japan. Usually, it costs 10 US cents or ¥10( Japan) per sheet. I will not use it again. For A4 prints, it is definitely better to buy a printer.
