Their Tech called me for the gate code from a Spam phone number which I didn't answer because I get so many everyday. Earlier he text me that he would be a little late. They must have sent 2 techs. One was early and one was going to come later. We rescheduled for 3.30 pm and no one showed up again. When I checked their website it said they close at 3.30. So why did they make an appt with me for 3.30m. I argued with the owner and he refused to return my deposit. This is a scam company. Don't use them! The owner said the tech called me though it was from a designated small number.
