Critical photos were staged for photography and completed at our direction. Nearly three months after the event, Ms. Clowers finally informed us that she had somehow "lost" the directed photos, but supplied us with throw-away shots from the end of the event instead, all she had. She refused to return our phone calls, and texted that she would not consider any kind of refund or recompense. Tragic that this once-in-a-lifetime event was not captured and that Ms. Clowers doesn't even have the professionalism to address the issue.
