I visited the store last night and a women who said her name was Carolyn was very rude. I have never been to a dispensary in the last six years where the person at the front desk was uptight, rude, and impatient. She was rude to everyone who came into the store, not just me. I arrived at 7:45 pm which is more than enough time to get in and out with any issues. However, that was not the case, Carolyn said that my card was a little frayed. Yet, it was readable and the expiration date was clearly shown as 1-22-20.
At first she said I will have to just print the card, and I asked if she could see that I have a card on the registry and that it is current and active. She said she could see that I have a med card, but it says my card is expired, I told her that the print out I have clearly shows it is not expired and if she was looking at the medical marijuana registry than it should have a current date. I asked her to please help me, because I was not sure why there was an issue, because I did not have an issue using the same card elsewhere. She continued to be rude and said, I don't know, " You have to type Medical marijuana log in on google." She was upset because I asked her for help! I did not know what she wanted and how I could get it for her. I had t o log in and reset my password and there were some issues with resetting the password and that upset her. I finally choose forget my password and I was able to get logged into the registry and I could show her that my card was not expired, but she insisted that I send the card to carolyn@tweedlead.co, and I told her that the email address that she gave me did not work, I asked her to look at my phone, because it was giving me a failed message on my phone. She insisted that it was the correct email address, which it is not, but she insisted I poke the phone outside to get the message to come over their Internet. I thought, "Are you kidding me?" A wrong email address is a wrong email address, poking my head outside will do nothing!
She continued to be rude to everyone who came into the store, she was not going to be late closing the store at 8:45 pm. Obviously she was not going to help me and at 8:20 p.m. she said, we are running behind now and I am not going to be able to help you. I said that I would like to talk to her supervisor about how unprofessional she is and how unhelpful she was. She said, "Oh you will." Like she was threatening me. When she was rude and did not even know how to help or even try to help me.
If she would have known what she was doing she would have been able to give me the directions clearly and explain what I needed to do and why. She should have been able to help me print the damn card! She could have very easily have been nice and tried to help me get to the log in, and she could have been patient when I had to change the password. She could of helped me print the card and get service. Dispensary staff should not be able to be so rude! read more
