The Italian focaccia that I ate was okay but certainly not exciting. It contained salami, sun-dried tomato, capsicum, onion, cheese, and mushroom. Improvements I'd suggest include the use of a quality focaccia, quality salami, fresh olives (they tasted canned), caramelised instead of raw onion, and fried/sautéed instead of raw mushrooms. Although I've given it a poor rating, the food satisfied my appetite and mostly met my expectations. Unfortunately I can't rate it higher when I compare it to the restaurants I'd choose to eat at in Melbourne and abroad.
