A little salty for me but MT enjoyed it and was basically drinking it with the rice! I'm not a huge meat fan, but this bowl was so great that I'd probably contemplate on ordering this one for myself next time. :) They have a limited servings available for lunch and then another amount reserved for dinner. Onigiri (4.5/5)-- we tried 3 (the shiokoji salmon, spam truffle egg, saba gari). The onigiri were very popular. By late afternoon, they were sold out of all but one variety of onigiri! The shop is homey and tiny-- 3-4 tables for 4 people inside + 4 bar seats where you can watch the chef and kitchen team in action. The bronze/metal splash screen was really nice to prevent the heat and splatters reach diners. Chamon just celebrated its 2 years and they're going strong (just announced plans for a 2nd location!). No reservations here, but once you're on the waitlist, they'll text you a 10 minute heads up when the table is ready.
