When I called the manager (Mr. Wendell) and spoke with him, he was very rude, didn't apologize for the mistake his team made and he hung up the phone on me. Extremely unprofessional. Last week…read moreI purchased a used car and called Ryan to add insurance on the vehicle and within 30 minutes had full coverage insurance with certificate emailed to my phone. On Monday I took the used car back (due to issues with the car) and on the way home stopped at DeMontrond and bought a new car. While sitting in the parking lot I emailed Ryan and asked him to cancel the used car and add the new car. Within 10 minutes I had an email with the new car insurance certificate sitting in my "in box". Thanks Ryan for always going above and beyond my expectations. His staff turn over is high and I have had mistakes made by staff on my Insurance policy on multiple occasions. The first time it happened I was really pissed but decided to give them another chance because everyone makes mistakes, but when the mistakes become repetitive and cost me money then there's an issue. I have been with state farm over 13 yrs and never had issues like this before. State farm is a great insurance company, just save yourself time and money and don't bother with this illiterate group.
