I experienced unfair treatment from one of their staff members. When I reported this to the corporate office, the representative immediately agreed with her colleague, ignoring the lease terms that clearly supported my position. This instant dismissal of my concerns, without investigation, suggests that the corporate office condones such disregard for tenants. While I am unfortunately locked into my lease for another six months, I will not be renewing it under this management. I strongly advise against allowing this company to manage your property--they will drive away tenants, ultimately lowering your property's value.
