You better know your pump number or they will be unable to give you a receipt. Plenty of staff, just chatting away. Maybe they didn't notice all the maintenance issues because they are so far away but why aren't they checking? Worst Exxon station I've ever experienced.

This location is in good condition and is kept very clean, even the exterior, including the gas pump areas. The interior is good sized, well laid out and well stocked with all the goods! Being a Twice Daily, you get the extra offerings of the brand from a self serve food and drink area as well. Gas prices are competitive for the area. They are higher than you would get closer to the city or farther south, but for Franklin/Brentwood, they are standard. While I have never taken advantage of it, they do offer a car wash here too. Overall, this Shell/Twice Daily is a nice addition to the Carothers Parkway area. I pop by when I am in the immediate area, which houses a few medical professionals I see.
