Every time i stop in here, there are new items for great prices. The sales are always different, and i find the employee's attitudes to be charming and polite. I disagree with a comment left by a previous shopper. I thought the smell from the candles was not overwhelming, but refreshing. If the scent was not only about to "knock you out", but was giving you a headache and trouble with your asthma, maybe you should have left the store earlier. You sure must be a devoted shopper if you feel you are going to faint, yet still continue to shop. Honestly, i thought it was quite childish of you to write in your update, "Well goody for you". I highly doubt she said, "If i'm not bothered, no one else should be either". In my opinion, the owner is very honest, yet respectful, calming, and treats her customers as her friends. May i also point out that your "well constructed critique", only focused on negative aspects. Oh wait, ONE negative aspect, very stretched out. I think that a good critique consists of positive encouragement, and helpful tips with anything you found discouraging or uninviting. I personally enjoy shopping in this store because there is a wide selection of items to shop from, coffee is STILL offered in the front of the store, and the owner and her employee's are very helpful and patient. I feel very at home here, and will continue to give my support. read more

I shopped at this store for the first time when they held a "shop with santa" event. The kids took a non-perishable food and put it IN santa's bag. After they saw Santa went into a section of the store and chose an item for mom(or whoever) and the staff wrapped it for them. As a Single mom with a son who is too young to shop for himself it is rare for me to get something without shopping with him and wrapping it too. so I GREATLY appreciated the event but the customer service and friendliness of the staff was spectacular!! While I was waiting for him I found something NIP I wanted to by for someone but had to check on size. When I went back 4 days later the item had been moved but I asked and without hesitation the staff new exactly where it was (that was impressive as there are MANY treasures in the store). My son was with me and I found a few thing for him for christmas, I was able to slip them to a staff member, or have another staff take them to the cash register for me and they rang them up and bagged them very well so he didn't have a clue. EVERY TIME we are in we have GREAT customer service!!! We LOVE LOVE LOVE the book department and layaway for larger/more expensive items. read more

I have been shopping at this consignment shop for over 10 years. I am always able to find great items for my entire family, along with NEW giftable items! I also consign my children's outgrown clothing. I enjoy having a smaller and LOCAL non-chain shop to take my items to, and I never leave without finding treasures. I tell everyone about this shop. I really enjoy the selection, and the staff is always SO helpful. Sometimes they even point out items to me if they know it is my taste! THAT is real customer service on a personal level- I do NOT get that kind of service at the big stores or the mall! I really enjoy the new location, too. It is always decorated so nicely. It is amazing to me how nice they make everything look considering they are working with such random items from so many consignors! read more

I find Twice Is Nice to be a nice shop with a large selection and pleasant staff. I have been going to this shop since they opened in 1 room of a house on 619 in Hartville. The shop has become quite large now across the street in a refurbished barn. It in not a thrift sore it is consignment, they sell my things and I have bought items for over 13 yrs. The girls have often called me when something comes in I have been waiting for. Or called another consignment store to see if they had a formal in my daughters size. I must add...they always have coffee or hot tea and the store smells nice since they are picky about what they sell. I like that I get coupons to get me to come back. read more

I love Twice Is Nice. I have been following, selling and shopping at this variety store for over 10 years. It has grown over the years to a rather large shop. I have always been welcomed by the girls, and they don't always take my items but have never been rude in any way. I love saving money and making money. They have something new all the time. The store smells good never like used stuff or a thrift store. I understand why they are picky. They are always busy with shoppers and sellers dropping off so sometimes I do have to wait. I don't understand how people can leave rude remarks. Its a small business not Macy's. I love to get my once a week fix. read more

I love this place. It's simplistic and there is always something for everyone. I shop for Plus Size stuff myself, and never leave without buying something. I also shop for my friend's daughter who loves Victoria Secret. They have an entire rack dedicated to VS. Their jewelry is always nicely displayed and organized. Their consignment format is a breeze. Might as well make some money on the stuff you aren't using anymore. Rose did a good job and Amanda has updated the store even more. Very clean and open now. I found this store to be very charming. I have stopped in a few times and always have walked away with a bargain or two. I do not recall seeing candles burning, or experienced a strong fragrance. What I am happy to say is that I have not smelled an overwhelming musty smell that I typically find in an antique store or thrift shop. If that is because of candles burning then I vote to keep the candles burning!!! What I appreciate the most about this store is how they post pictures on Face Book of new items that have come in. I wish they would post pictures more frequently. read more

You never need to shop anywhere again. Furniture jewelry clothes perfume purses antiques and on and on. Amazing prices on amazing variety of items. Follow on Facebook and Instagram for up to the minute new arrivals. Rose and the staff will hold the items or you can purchase them over the phone. Nice rewards program for every purchase earns you 10 bucks and you can get so much for what is so little. Drawings giveaways contests. You never know what they are ready to giveaway. My family and I were in Twice Is Nice for the first time this past Saturday, and I have to say, we were impressed. We were greeted on our way in, and walked out with 2 bags of clothes for our 3 daughters. The employees were very honest, yet respectful when they each came out of the dressing rooms asking for their opinions. They were also very patient with them. My wife found several pairs of shoes, a purse, and fairly priced jewelry. It was a very successful trip, and we will definitely be returning in the future. read more

Twice is Nice Consignments moved out of the Old Red Barn and into a more boutique looking store closer to the Hartville Marketplace! It's across from Sheetz. I love it! It is such a unique shop with a wide selection from clothing to household items and furniture. There are even some vintage and antique items. There are lot of crafty people in the area so you will find their consignments in the store too. Good move Twice is Nice...Love the new store!!! read more

Change is good. Judge not and enjoy the new experience. I have "moved" with Rose and Staff 3x to continue the adventure. Yes, this time the space is cozier. This has created a more selective mix of merchandise. Buy it if you like it, items turn over more quickly. This is great for consignors. Features stay updated. I take all my extra pet items to Twice, I buy some also. My grand kids like to go to shop. A large book selection for all of us. A busy large store that sells almost all of the things I take to sell.
