Truly fine dining in the comfort of our Airbnb home. I also appreciated how laid back and flexible Dylan was the entire time - he's a true professional and rolled with the punches. His 2nd chef couldn't make it last minute but Dylan made sure this didn't affect our experience by shopping for half of his ingredients and swinging by to check out our kitchen the day before so that he could maximize his time the day of.
