As I went to cancel the pending reservation, Shelly confirmed it! I reached out to her asking for a refund. I hoped she would be empathetic and understanding to my situation, but she actually said "your problem has nothing to do with me" I even explained that I was a poor college student and I needed the funds for an emergency vet for my cat Citrus. She didn't seem to care much, and didn't give me a full refund. The place seemed really cute and I was excited to check it out, but Shelly is obviously only in her businesses for the money. her actions show a lack of empathy that I believe is concerning for anyone considering her businesses.

The only reason this gallery gets four stars instead of five is that it's very small inside, and two of the four walls are windows, so it limits the amount of actual art there is.
