I am a veteran suffering from psoriasis and decided to go to this clinic for possible biologic…read moretreatment. The biologic worked reasonably well but I stand the risk of latent TB infection. I got a yeast infection after the treatment which lasted for 1.5 months! I just went to the clinic and said no more biologics and they said they would not give me methotrexate 22.5mg per week due to the fact I had recently undergone cancer treatment for my prostate. They then referred me back to the VA for treatment. I was upset that they did not recognize I underwent radiation treatment as opposed to chemotherapy. They (as usual) treat patients as being stupid - I have had methotrexate treatment for 10 years with no side effects and was just interested in another way to treat my problem. If you have tons of money, maybe this clinic is OK. I would shun them if not. I have been published in the "who's who of American colleges and universities" so I am not stupid! I carefully research everything to do with my health. Bottom line - this clinic would rather I get a latent tuberculosis infection rather than a (possible) problem with my liver (I check my ALT and AST regularly to insure levels are OK). Shun this clinic at all costs as they are after the money and discount patient intelligence and past records.

I agreed to long layers (as I've had them before and knew that they shouldn't take too much off the overall length) and she washed it, cut it, and styled it. Imagine my surprise when my hair is now shoulder length. She had cut over 8 inches off my hair and also didn't add any "layers" to boot. I am extremely pissed and will not recommend any body I know to receive salon services- even a blowout- at this location. Paid $75 for them to chop over 8 inches off of my hair that I absolutely did not agree to. Edit: I went in to request a refund and the store manager (I did not catch her name) was extremely helpful. I ended up receiving a full refund for the services. I still wouldn't recommend the salon to others and of course my hair won't be magically lengthened, but the customer service was excellent and the store manager definitely helped soften the blow from my terrible chop.
