They fixed the problem with my heat pump, so 2 stars but…read more...... 1. They don't make appointments, they only call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! Can't believe this company didn't catch it, I'll never have business with them again. C&J Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling will be my go-to from here on out.
