After getting several products to include an edible called Conez and some bud I ended up in hospital having 4 seizures then being admitted to the hospital for 3 days. I DO NOT recommend this place or the products they suggested for me. read more

The pretty young lady that works there is rude and does not seem to like black people. Because when my friend who comes several times a week showed up 1 day she kicked us out and made some lame excuse Telling us it was illegal to even be there since he didn't have his driver's license with him. Well maybe they're whole store is illegal because they don't abide by the guideline of the law, Everyone knows they are in a gray area so treat your customers with respect please, Especially your regulars!!! read more

Staff is very friendly and will talk you through any questions you have, I never feel rushed in line and they take the time to make sure you get what you want. They have a vast selection & fair prices, very good quality products. Parking lot is a little tight but it's no issue. I just moved here from CA and I'm happy I found this place, will definitely be a regular. read more

First couple times was ok but not great .. last week bought some flower and was so awful !! Made me cough like was sprayed w chemicals or something... zero buzz !!! tried to exchange ...and according to one of other reviews I quote " we are only shop to stand by our products " ... I'm from California and the recreational cannabis products sold in Virginia are a joke. Unbeknownst to me, the edible products do not contain THC, but THC-A, which doesn't get you high. I bought $100 of product for absolutely no reason. Don't waste your money. In speaking with a clerk I said I was from CA and was trying to figure out the dosing for some gummies, since the milligrams were much higher than CA. The clerk could have explained it was not the same as CA cannabis, but had they, I wouldn't have made a purchase. I guess that's why they kept their mouth shut. Total scam. read more

It's took a lot of thought to leave this review because I really used to enjoy this place. Me and my girlfriend have been regulars here for some time now (I have been going since they first opened up) and we love this place the quality used to be amazing, and their deals used to be a steal for what you were getting. Here recently the past 3 times we've been here we either keep getting under weighed or something that we ordered was just not in the bag. We took a look at some recent reviews and to our shock we're not the only people that have basically been robbed. Now you may ask "Why didn't we call and tell them?" "Why didn't we get our money back?" Well #1 they never answer their phone, #2 there are multiple reviews of people trying to get their money back and they either get $20 out of their $100 order or them telling them they can't prove it. Yesterday I was missing 6g out of my order of concentrate. Thats $120 and they told us they put it all in the bag. I realize I should've checked the bag a little better, but this is a business that shouldn't have to make people almost have to bring their own scale to make sure they're not getting robbed. So, I'm going to take this as my own loss to my pocket and not return to this business after a VERY long time going here. Make sure you check your bags. Now they don't even have their deals anymore and when you order bud, they give you shake. read more

I usually always purchase an Anchor Delta-8 cartridge (the Strawberry Kiss is the strongest, I believe) and a large bottle of Red Bali kratom (which increases the potency of the Delta-8, in my experience). And because we have a rewards account here and shop here so regularly, we're able to take advantage of the excellent savings (generally between $5-$10 off). Their inventory is growing, as well. I've noticed the past few times I've gone inside that they are getting some new, interesting products. And if you're new to the scene and aren't sure where to start -- or if you want to try something new, but need recommendations -- the staff here are an excellent resource! They're incredibly kind and patient and are knowledgeable about the products they're selling. I'm very comfortable with their recommendations because I know they won't steer me wrong, and I find I'm almost always satisfied with their suggestions. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and getting this level of quality service.

When I was there the selection was somewhat depleted as they were getting ready for a big cigar convention that was taking place shortly after the 4th. My only knock (and it ain't much of one) was that they group their cigars by manufacturer. I've been spoiled by my Louisiana cigar shop that groups their cigars by the flavor body (mild, mild/medium, medium, medium/full and full)... If you do not know exactly what you are looking for then you can feel overwhelmed walking into that humidor. Luckily I received some great assistance from staff and was able to make a purchase of some nice sticks for my enjoyment. If I'm ever in the Tri-City area and in need of some smokes then I will definitely be making a stop in here.
