Kull Scape installed retaining walls , a dry well and re-leveled an area of ground near my walk out…read morebasement . My basement has been completely dry for 20+ years but a year after the leveling and dry well were installed by basement repeatedly flooded, I pumped out 1000's of gallons of water in a failed attempt to save my finished basement over a three month period. Repeated calls to Kull did nothing and finally I dug a trench to drain the ponding water and dug out the top of the dry well which caused water to flow out for hours. Kull Scape agreed that the dry well caused the problem and extended the pipe further out into the yard last Aug. Last fall we received 6.7" of rain and the basement remained dry proving the dry well was the problem. I sent a certified letter and presentation documenting the damage to Kull Scape in early Jan 2020 asking them to pay for the repairs to my basement of approximately $4022. The post office confirmed is was signed for.....as of today I'm still waiting ...
