The store is small but has great selections. The staff is always ready to help you find what you are looking for, and if you ask for information, they are very knowledgeable. I've been coming in for a couple of years and have never been unable to find what I want. Better than other stores by a mile. I love the tastings, friendly, quality and well done. they are absolutely horrible poor management. My husband bought me two bottles of wine. He accidentally bought the wrong one. I go in a day later and they refused to exchange them. The manager was following me around watching what I was doing and when I got to the front he said I cannot exchange these. My recommendation is to go to a different location or a different liquor store. read more

Liquor? I hardly know her! Twin Liquors is lickin' the competition! This place is a fun place to shop- it's kept immaculately, clean, the aisles are well sorted and wide. I hate feeling like a bull in a china shop in the liquor store. That doesn't happen here- the aisles are so wide that you don't have to worry about backing into a bottle of Patron. The selection here is pretty good! The prices are not bad, but if you're buying two of the same size/brand they will give you a Twin discount. So if you like drinking a lot of the same stuff, this is the best store in town for you to stock up and save! It seems that they sometimes offer liquor tastings, but they weren't doing it when I went recently. The sell a healthy selection of wine, but it's overshadowed by the HEB Plus selection next door. The staff is always friendly and attentive when I went. They often have good advice and seem to know their wares. I'll certainly return! read more

This place is awesome so much variety for a small location. If I moved back to this side of town this alcohol store would be one of the main reasons why. The store is well stocked and cleaned. They sell cigars and have a humidor. I cannot oversell this location. You can never go wrong with this place. The staff is very polite and helpful. read more

My fiancé and I went in here today to buy our wedding alcohol. Honestly I had multiple conversations, with many different alcohol companies and the ONLY reason we picked Twin Liquors was because of a man named Doug. He was truly remarkable. Working in both the alcohol industry as well as wedding, I know how prices can go up and how people can act. He blew me away. He was so helpful, direct, and his personality solely our reason we did business here. When we showed up for our appointment with him, he had numbers ready for us, with alcohol options, and he helped us load our car. If you need alcohol I highly recommend this location, and please ask for Doug. People like him are hard to find. I cant get over how genuine he was. Clean store, conveniently located, however the staff needs some training in terms of customer service. No one greeted me upon entry ( too busy looking at computer). No one offered to help me locate items I wanted. After putting items on counter, the salesman still hadn't spoken. I then made some small talk to which he begrudgingly responded. Very convenient liquor store in the large HEB plaza. They are set just to the side of the HEB so you don't even have to repark unless you want to... yet they are set across the entrance driveway so you can always find a front row parking spot. For when you are in an alcohol emergency! Great selection and very helpful staff. They also have a larger location in town and are very willing to reach out in order to track down your unusual libations! read more

So I frequent this store to purchase my margaritas. Today I purchased a bottle totaling $18.37. I gave the cashier a $20 bill and 37 cents. He handed me the receipt but no change so I verified the cost and informed him I did not receive my change of $2. He questions me and I look all over for the $ but I know he didn't give it to me. The annoying part is that the "mgr" with him was checking something on the computer (camera I suppose) and makes me wait like 10 minutes before he gave me my mere $2! Are you serious??? Piss poor customer service...I'll never go back! read more

This is my neighborhood liquor store and I love this place. I always check this place first before going anywhere else because it is really tough to beat their prices. Small location but has everything you may need; except for snacks. The staff is very friendly though. They helped me find ingredients to make a dirty martini, provided her personal recommendations and even told me that one ingredient is unnecessary which meant buying less from her. When I walked in the door the two employees didn't even bother to acknowledge my existence. No one asked me how my day was, no one asked did I need help finding anything. I will say this place has a good alcohol selection , but I am not fond of spending my money with establishments that have not mastered the basics of customer service.
