Food is surprisingly good for a bar restaurant like this. Far surpasses hooters. Service is usually pretty good and if you don't like something they'll be happy to change it for you. I always eat at the bar so I never wait for a table but I have seen longer wait times on weekends. Ambiance is of a country bar with animal heads on the walls and old decor. I used to come here often and loved it every time. The last three times I've been here the service has been absolutely horrible. All three times were at the bar (once inside and twice outside). I figured I'd give it a third try today. And this is three strikes and you're out. Two bartenders and a manager behind the bar. Just chatting. Waited and waited for a drink. One bartender came and took my empty glass and waked away. To continue chatting with the manager. When she came back I asked for a drink and she said she thought I cashed out. This place is a sad joke for Orlando and Twin Peaks. I'm with a big group but so far a simple order, drinks, apps and placed a food order a bit ago. The waitress is saying the bartenders are stressed and can't get a draft beer out for over 20 mins. But im at a table that looks right at the bartenders and they are just talking and serving the bar. They either don't like the severs or they hate there jobs. If I was in a party or 4 or less I'd leave in a heartbeat. But im with more so I'll I can do is set and take it. They just don't care. This was our first time coming to this location since we recently relocated and my husband was super excited because he's been to twin peaks in Texas plenty of times. Gillian took care of us the first time and she was awesome!!! Great service and great vibes. She was on point with our stuff. We told her we would return for her! Food was amazing. My first time trying the wings and the dirty blonde is a smooth beer! We recently went again to see a game and this time unfortunately we didn't get Gillian as our server because we couldn't remember her name...lol but we saw her and told her we were looking for her but didn't remember her name. We just went in to have appetizers and dinner and never made it to dinner. These service was so lack luster. We ordered the shot special and house margaritas and received the wrong shot. It took forever to get anyone to talk to to make the correction. All they were interested in was us ordering dinner. We finally got the shot with no apology for the mistake. The service was so bad we just asked for the check and skipped ordering dinner. I am a bar manager and tried to explain the issue with the server and she was super defensive and was not listening to what I had to say. We received the check and it had the shot added twice by mistake. I let her know the error and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake. I even talked with the floor supervisor and he was less than responsive. Overall it was not a great experience and I would not return. I work in this industry and know what is expected. But what I saw yesterday wasn't someone having a bad day, it was just cruel.. If you are gonna be a General Manager of a Restaurant Carl, you need to know how to deal with people.. and how I saw you handle that family on Saturday was disgusting.. and shame on that whole staff for letting it happen.. August 31st Arrival 9:45pm & Left 11:34pm. My friends and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service from our waitress (Ana). She was incredibly rude and inattentive, never once checking on us throughout our meal. Everything took forever, from getting our drinks to receiving our food. Meanwhile, other waitresses (Bambi) accommodated us by getting us water, getting us napkins, assisting us with the trouble we've had with our appetizer - that our waitress had forgot about for over an hour. This level of service is unacceptable, and it really put a damper on our dining experience. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly. However the food was absolutely amazing! I pray if you do go which I recommend, that you don't receive the same service/ server that we unfortunately had! read more

I came here for dinner one night while travelling on business and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were very friendly and attentive. I love the frosted mugs and sub-freezing beer at Twin Peaks. This time, the beer was missing the ice crystals that normally form after the beer is poured. I could tell they would pay attention more to the men which I get it its part of their job, however, we were still paying costumers. One of them had an attitude. Great location on International Drive in Orlando. Watched the SF & MN game here because they have lots of TVs and a great view in their indoor/ outdoor bar. Yelpers get a free Queso and Chips when they check in. The chips were crispy and the queso had a nice kick to it. The Jalepenos and Chipolte spice added great flavor. I had their house $5 dollar margarita and it was pretty good, not great. They have buckets of beer on special Saturdays $12 or $18 dollars. Wasted an evening here trying to watch the Stanley Cup with a group of 10 who all experienced this exactly the same. We were all still talking about it the next day which is just sad. We all concurred it was the worst service we've received anywhere and I don't want to get anyone fired so I won't put the name here. The most frustrating things were the server would walk away while we were in the middle of ordering drinks and food, thus only taking some of the orders from the table without walking around and asking everyone there. Meals and apps showed up at all different times, not a single dish came out together. More than once we would look bewildered like...? did she just leave? This was followed with disappearing for long extended periods of time. 15-20 minutes before a return visit. We were there for about 4 hours with the pre-game etc... When she would show up with food we were told that we received the "only silverware left in the restaurant" which was only 1 set between 10 of us??? Seriously? Then bring us plastic ware from the to-go section. How does the restaurant NOT have silverware when it's at 50% capacity at best? And to the management, why can't you put the audio for the Stanley cup game on the sound system? The team competing is a Florida team and you advertise that you're a sports bar.. I asked 3 servers, nobody offered and there was NO management anywhere to be found. Beyond aggravating listening to dance music pounding in the bar area while struggling to get any service. This place sucks, and it's unfortunate because the ones down in So. Fla are not like this. read more

Food, service, and ambiance is good! Good for family and children , I love how there's a variety of different options to choose from. Jacksonville will be getting one soon and wanted to try it out here in Orlando while we are here without having to deal with the newly opened location and possible long wait times and crowd when our location opens. We went to Twin Peaks for dinner and sat at the bar. I ordered a steak and asked for medium rare. The meal came and I cut open the steak and it was rare. I asked the bartender to have the cook do a new meal. That didn't happen, I received the same steak that I cut open. Not only didn't they fire up a new one , they just threw it on the grill a few seconds , if that . The part that I cut open was medium which looked like the steak was cooked. The bartender asked if everything is okay, I said so far it is. I then cut in another spot and the steak was still rare. I pushed the whole meal away from me and was extremely upset because my husband's meal was great and was able to eat. The bartender asked if I wanted something else. I stated no because my husband had already finished his meal. The manager had to come over to void the meal ,and didn't even come over to ask why. I guess that explains why the kitchen staff is so unprofessional and doesn't care..the management doesn't either. read more

It was late at night and most patrons were drinking and not eating, which was prob why. A side note is that I did not let our server know, so she was unable to rectify that situation.
