A great professional presentation in home. Mike and Jorge, the two project managers were on the site daily to inspect the works progress. The 3-man crew were there every morning and worked 10-12 hour days to get the project done on the 5-day deadline. They were meticulous, very skilled and their attention to detail was above anything I expected. They cleaned up every day and covered all their tools. They even did extra repairs that were not included in my contract, for no extra cost. The entire team was always in touch with me and also with each other. Michelle in the office was coordinating everyone, and I can't say enough about how smooth the entire project went. They did new vinyl siding and gutters. I've been calling since Jan. 2024 with water coming down wall where chimney is, staining wall in living room. I've made appointments, spoke with Chris in Feb., now its March. Several missed appointments. Water damage worse now. Finally called and asked for them to be honest and if they didn't want my job because its not an entire roof. Said they will show up but I'm not holding my breathe. I started researching chimney masons. Too bad because they are pleasant on the phone but Noel has been using the same roof job excuse for months. I just saw a roof go up in my neighborhood in 2 days. Maybe I will call them for an estimate. Update...I'm changing to 4 stars from 1. Friday 3/15/24 I received a call from Noel that the worker, Anthony, was in my driveway. It was scheduled for Monday. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. He is great. I would recommend but will add to keep calling if scheduling an appointment.

It took over 3 months to actually complete the project, with constant confusion over who was the correct contact person. I thought they did a good job initially, however within 1 month, the door had already cracked in three places. After spending close to $3000 for their work, I am fairly disappointed in the final product and the overall process.

I decided on using them and they did a professional job and provided detailed pictures of the work being done so I would have visual evidence for my insurance company. I recommend them. They do accept credit cards but pass on the four percent charge to customers. And they take checks. One thing you also need to understand, all of this was done basically by remote control. I left for FL to have an operation and these guys kept me updated. You might think there is better but I doubt it. So pleased. Added a few photographs of work being completed. You can see the job being done. My insurance adjuster was surprised that a company provided their client ongoing photographic proof of the job being done.
