We were headed from North Dakota to Nebraska to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter and her family…read moreon Wednesday, November 23. About 4 or 5 miles south of Webster, SD we had a blowout on the right rear tire of our pickup. It is an older pickup and the spare tire is mounted under the box where it had been exposed to years of snow, rain and dirt. The mechanism for lowering it was very rusted. I started looking for a place in Webster in the hopes that someone would help us out. Webster Tire, Inc. was the one I happened to pick. I explained to Ryan (the owner) what had happened and his reply was, "Let me throw a few tools in my truck and I'll be right out!" Wow! He drove out, picked up the tire and my husband, drove back to Webster where he mounted a new tire, returned to where I was waiting in the pickup, put it on and had us on our way in less than an hour!! Although I sincerely hope we don't need his services again, since we don't live in the area, I would definitely recommend this business to everyone in the Webster area. Ryan's idea of customer service is phenomenal!
