I was very specific in asking that I had a renter coming in my house and needed all carpets cleaned and and entire house deep clean. I asked could he recommend someone or did he do deep cleaning as well and he said yes he does do that . I said i needed someone experienced and really needed the house and drawers and cabinets cleaned. Reginald assured me he could do this and to send pictures. I suggested he come out to the house and see it himself. Again he assured me it would not be a problem and we set a price of 600. When he arrived he was mad that he had already quoted me a price to clean the cabinets and house however he was going to honor the price. When I arrived to see the home. I asked him who had cleaned the house and he said His son had helped him. So I was so mad because when my tenant got to the house it was a mess. the cabinets were not even vacuumed out the mirrors were smudged all over as if they used the same rag to clean the tub then the mirrors. I HAD TO CALL ANOTHER CLEANER AND PAY AND ADDITIONAL 500 TO CLEAN MY HOUSE IMMEDIATELY Although he did a good job on the carpets I simply asked could he reimburse me only 200.00. He said I had to wait two weeks! I did and now ITS BEEN MONTH AND A HALF He wont even call me back or work with me. so for 600 he did a living room and a hall and a bathroom and kept my money!!! and he used a kid to do a deep clean of a house! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! SCAM ARTIST
