I asked for 3 outfits in case i got hired so i would be ready to start immediately and I asked this dude if they could do it with 5 business days notice. It was a Monday or a Tuesday when I called. He muttered something in THAT tone and hung up. I called back and when he answered I said hello politely and he hung up again. They clearly didn't want my money. And the worst thing that I felt about it was that I got the clothes donated to me, but paying for them to be dry cleaned was all on me and I was totally ok with it and i had it covered and i told him that. I was actively looking to better myself and get out of the cye of poverty and becoming a working taxpayer again, not sitting on my ass like almost everyone else I knew. The next place I called said it was no problem and would definitely be done on time and was really nice about it. He even laughed a little when he explained they can sometimes do it overnight for an upcharge. They were ready to pick up 3 days later.
