Unless, of course, you don't mind spending thousands of dollars having your lawn replaced in a year. We knew that the proper way to remove old grass (weeds in our case LOL) was to kill it over several weeks. Aaron was 2 out of 5 companies that explained the proper way and he did not know this was a deal breaker for us. We wanted someone that would do the job right! While he didn't use pre-fab fence panels to save on the site work, I was a little concerned about the additional labor, the solution was overlapping boards and even boxing around a small tree in the way on the side yard. It looks great! The irrigation was more complex and I'm completely satisfied as I now have consistent watering of both front and back yards with an additional station. I recommend Jerry and his team for your outdoor needs. He thinks though the solution options and delivers!
