When we placed our order I expected some delay, but they had our order ready to ship the next day and we had it within three days. Since many of the items were in glass jars or bottles I was apprehensive, but everything was correct and intact. I do not believe I have ever received a shipment that was so carefully packed, cushioned, taped, sealed and protected in every way possible. The saleswoman was so friendly, and she helped me find what I was seeking, and then she told me about all the different stones, their histories, and these little facts that only someone, who truly cares, knows. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I was the only one there, so we talked, and I shopped. It was such a great experience, and I learned a ton. Thank you for a truly great experience.
