    Contacted them to move this set out. I ended up disassembling the bed and moving things into my living room. They have zero communication skills, their prices was high for removal of a metal bedframe, 2 bookcases and a dresser. (with one bookcase disassembled and the bed frame disassemble) Explained when setting up the appointment that I needed morning because I work nights at a rehab center and the date of pickup would be a 16 hour shift for me. No response. I had a feeling they would try to renegotiate the cost given the iffy appraisal range and you can see I called it into question. Then I see this other review concerning an elderly person. yeah, I won't be using them.

    This company will damage your furniture and will not fairly compensate you for their incompetence. To be clear, the head mover was awesome. His name was John. But there was one mover in the group of 4 that put unwrapped pieces of furniture on the bottom of the dolly and damaged that furniture considerably. That mover was fired on the spot, but the parent company refuses to compensate us fairly for the ruined furniture. They've agreed to pay 60 cents per pound. That is about $60 for $1000 worth of furniture. That is entirely unreasonable for their incompetence. Do not ever use this company.

I even gave him the name of the company I bought it from and the guy that does their jobs. He couldn't get one of his cheapo illegals to do it and only wanted to pay 250 for a 500 repair. I told him I was calling Jessica or Jennifer with the franchise again and he finally paid the guy after I did all the work for him to set it up. People, if he doesn't make it right, call the franchise office as he could lose his franchise for doing business like this as he is running the franchise name into the ground!!!!

    Nothing short of horrific. Used this moving service in the summer of 2019, and it was a complete disaster. All the promises of covering and wrapping all furniture were lies. When the men arrived (late), they asked if I wanted my furniture wrapped rather than just doing it. I was incredulous watching them struggle, as they clearly did not know what they were doing. The men openly complained the entire time, as if moving a one bedroom apartment is so difficult (it took them 8 hours). So many pieces of my furniture were left scratched and damaged with glass broken. None of the men wanted to own up to it and instead blamed the other. They caused hundreds of dollars worth of damage but only offered $100 during the claims process. Stay away.

    Great team, very quick and efficient. But more importantly, very respectful, cordial, and careful!

    These dummies blocked a neighbor's driveway then were insulted when asked to move.

    Uncourteous to your new neighbors. Will block their driveway and act like children after being asked to move.

    Plastic Wrap trash left at origin house

    This move was a disaster from start to finish including the essentially 30 day back and forth with the location manager (Duvall) for him to tell me he wouldn't discount either the move or another move that we need this week. If he wasn't going to do anything then just be upfront accept the blame for the nightmare experience and say no. Don't just jerk me around and sometimes return calls, sometimes not and promise to follow up without doing so. Here is a laundry list of the stuff that happened and some photos. BUYER BEWARE. I would HEAVILY discourage anyone from using them again. Just like apparently the last 2-3 reviews on here. 1. Left the front door to our home standing open for 4-5 hours despite the fact that much of the time they were doing prep work inside the house. Propping open when moving goods out of the house fine, but did they need to leave the door propped open? 2. Despite the fact that they "stopped for snacks and drinks" before hitting the house, both of them asked for and or got water from us at the origin and the destination. I provided the cup at the origin. It isn't a big deal, but I would think they should come prepared and they knew they needed water. One of the two of them getting water spilled water all over the front of teh fridge and floor and just walked away without cleaning and also left the empty gatorade bottle in the origin house on the floor. 3. They repeatedly asked me what was left to ship even though they had a list and I had placed pink postit notes on everything. Every time they mentioned the list they forgot the outdoors stuff. Then upon leaving my wife asked if they had gotten the TV and they hadn't. They were absolutely unprepared to get everything done without my input, assistance and reminders. 4. They left trash in the origin house, some plastic wrap that was used, in multiple places, an entire roll of plastic wrap, the aforementioned Gatorade bottle. 5. They almost left the destination house without unwrapping the bedroom furniture. 6. They did leave the origin house without the book case shelves. 7. They needed direction on how to get the couch down from upstairs and then executed it poorly resulting in it getting stuck., rubbing off a significant amount of paint on the rail and breaking two spindles on the landing. This resulted in AT LEAST 1 hour of delays in completion of the move and I had to climb over the couch and jump from the upstairs to downstairs in order to get out of the house. I had an appointment at my destination house that they made me late for. (they sent a very nice and proficient repair man to fix the spindles and repair the damages) 8. They left a piece of cardboard in the street in the rain at destination. 9. I "think" they dropped my stone patio table in the back yard. I heard a loud noise and went to check it out and the associate said, don't worry I laid it down...A couple moments later the other associate came around from the front of the house and asked what happened and he said nothing. There was obviously something but I didn't witness. I haven't been able to look at the table in the daylight to see if it was damaged. 10. They were not paying attention when moving an ottoman, shifted a wall unit and broke a Galileo thermometer. (They did purchase another and have it delivered).

    RUN RUN RUN!!! 2hrs late!! Horrible service!! Damaged lots of my furniture & placed it in the storage building unorganized. They have the back door of the unit blocked & I'm not able to open it. I had to go back the next day & attempt to rearrange things by moving items placed in the front of the unit to the middle of the unit where they left open space. Called manager & was told once I move my things from storage, I could contact them to file a claim. I was only able to note a few of the items that were damaged due to the way they placed them in the unit. I paid for extra blankets & wrap to prevent this from happening as my furniture was new. I had to stop them from dragging things several times. Then, caught them dragging my couch on the concrete after the got it out the house because they complained about it being very heavy. I wasted $1000 by hiring "Professional Movers" as the call themselves & now will have to replace my bedroom set & living room furniture. No telling what other pieces are damaged. Here are the pic I was able to get so far. I will update post with other items once my house is ready & im able to move back in. Note: The lead mover/driver was great!!
