After they looked at the device, I was denied a refund because they suggested it was probably a manufacturing defect and that I should put a claim through the manufacturing warranty. Their other solution was to sell me a new device at a "discount" and I could keep the broken device. After contacting the manufacturer they concluded that the device was defective and they would send me a new device. I cannot believe that this burden was pushed onto me. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Hey, my boyfriend and I bought two pieces from this place; my pink "double blown" pipe broke 6 days…read moreafter getting it, the bowl snapped into 3 pieces after it got too hot I guess. And our water pipes percolator just broke, he tried to fill it and the water just kept seeping out. The middle piece is just loose in the bong.. the atmosphere of the place was nice but these products are faulty. We paid $50 for the percolating water pipe and $5 for my little pink pipe. Definitely won't be buying my glass from here again
