Single people CAN serve, but don't mention having a gf/bf. They wouldn't let me or my bf serve because they knew we were together and not married, and it's a sin. We also tried to be apart of he worship team, kids group everything. Separated or not. The communication is horrible. They do a prison thing for men, to go and help the guys in Kawani and they never communicated with any of our guy friends or my bf who wanted to serve, and he went there for 2 YEARS. Way before I ever did. They play the same 10 SONGS OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I think that there's better churches there but this one is very hard to like. I did love a few people we met along the way, but the whole church as a whole is bad. It needs a major UPGRADE. I hated going to church my last few times there because we didn't feel welcomed. We did everything to be apart of there church life and family feel. We have a little 1 year old. We did anything everything they asked. They pretty much told us to get married or don't come. It was disgusting. I moved to a new church and it's completely welcoming and exciting to go to church! I almost was forced to get married instead of waiting on God's time. It's when they wanted it and not us. So glad We found a new place to worship god and serve!

The music is contemporary, the sermons are easy to follow and relate to real life. I am always able to take something away a after attending, we are blessed to have such a caring church in the QC!

I was already going through a change religiously, and it just "clicked" when I visited their building. I am now very proud to call BCC my home church, where I partake in weekly services, weekly small groups, and after-service classes. Taking advantage of everything BCC has to offer has helped me feel at home and more at ease in difficult times. No matter where I am, I will always consider BCC my church family!
