They were able to get the dress done in about a week and even made a matching bow tie. Everyone I've met here has always been very friendly. All the work they have done for us has been top quality. But they ended up keeping my dress for SIX MONTHS. NEVER got any updates, I had to keep calling and kept getting the same answer that "staff was sick". Sick for SIX MONTHS straight??? And if it's so bad WHY didn't anyone say "hey we aren't going to be able to get to it, our apologies". So, I call up there on month six and let them know I'm coming to get my dress because of the ridiculous amount of time and nothing is being done. The response I got was "okay we will have it for you". No apology or even a sign of remorse. Don't recommend, period.
