Essentially, the roof needed remodeled. Storm Bros team worked as a well oiled and ordered machine. They kept their promises. They were clean and efficient. They were professional. The roof no longer leaks and the water now runs off the roof well. I hope to attach pictures when I can take an opportunity to get on the roof. I asked if he could call me so I learn what is needed. some days pass by and no call till finally I received a call from Ron who made things too much worse by saying on the phone "I called you but you did not pick up", which was very unprofessional and childish since people leave voice messages. I am not a guy who has full mailbox or a vm that is not setup yet; and it was very low because he lied as he never called me....well, unless he called from a spam number. The quality of this company's work seems to be good from what I see in town, so my review here is about professionalism in communication (or lack thereof) and the honesty of words.
