I bought a suit from Jos A Bank 7 or so years ago in my early twenties. I've gained weight since then. Jos A Bank refused to alter the pants for me, they said they couldn't add that much to the pants and tried to sell me a new suit. Two Tiny Tailors proved them wrong. Terrible! Just took some suit pants in to take some length off (about 2"). Went back to pick them up and they were still way too long. He wanted to charge me another full alteration price when I'm not even sure he took any length off the first time! He either doesn't know what he's doing or he is purposefully trying to double charge. Either way, I'm never going back. read more

I took a sweater in to them with a small hole in the front. When I went to pick it up they had stitched it on the outside of the fabric leaving a big gob of thread on the front of the sweater. Wonderful service, perfect finished product. Two other tailors wouldn't accept the work so glad I stopped by 2 tiny tailors. I needed some VERY thick fabric (4 layers of it) relocated to a different point on a pouch. He asked what it was for, literally holding lead weights I responded, so it needs to be very good, tight stitching on a rather small attachment point (3/8" W x 1.5" T). Excellent work, very tight tough stitching as requested, fair price and very fast service. I dropped it off closing time thursday and picked it up Sat morning, though he did say if it's more extensive tailoring generally they like a week, I'm sure in a pinch on time he would help or you could pay a few extra to rush it (worth it for his quality!) I've taken 2 suits and 10 pairs of pants to them over the last year and a half or so, and they have done a perfect job every single time. The prices are fair and the quality of work is great. I've gone and have had many pants and shirts tailored by Eddie over this last year. Phenomenal service! I honestly would say don't waste your time anywhere else if you're a guy wanting any kind of tailoring done to any clothes. He gets it done in a week but honestly if you call 2-3 days before when you're supposed to pick up, he's already finished your clothes. Great price too! Taking my jean pant legs in and getting them hemmed usually is $20-25. Eddie and his wife are awesome! Greatest hidden gem for tailoring in Utah County area honestly.
