Do not waste your money or your vacation time on 2 Traveling Chicks if you're seeking a professional travel agency. I used this agency for the Falcons and Detroit football game in London in October 2014. We were charged $119 for the game tickets and we were to stay at the Wembley Hilton. Three days before our departure for London our hotel was down graded to The Crown Moran which was a little over an hour trip from the stadium and game events. No refund or explanation given for the change. Then our game tickets were left at the front desk the night before the football game without notice after asking for about there were-abouts and the value was $30-$37.50 in the 500 sections. We were then notified that our travel agent Sherita Vann had checked out of the hotel. People were left at the airport and city tours (part of the package) did not exist. Please beware if dealing with this travel agency, Sharita Dial-Gorham or Kristopher Gorham. I attempted to contact them multiple times starting in December 2018 regarding a family matter prohibiting me from attending the #BullCityTakeover Jamaica trip in June. When they responded they changed our triple room to a double. Two of us had already paid in full making the double room completely paid for. I requested a refund since they were able to change the room and the company would have an extra payment. After no response I filed a complaint with BBB. The co-owner Sharita Dial-Gorham stated the other roommate that had not paid in full could pay me instead of sending the payment to her. Then she said, well IDK about that now because of the BBB complaint (she already knew about the BBB complaint when she offered to have the other roommate pay me). Then she contacts BBB and reports the business as closed. So she proceeded to "think about it" and did not respond to me at all, while telling the other roommate to pay her for the room...remember, the room is already paid in full. She quotes "business policy" although I know for a fact she has refunded money for other patrons and that she has the ability to do so since at the time all the rooms for the resort had not been paid for. I receive messages meant for other travelers, she doesn't seem to know who is roomming with who, just overall unprofessional. I am in the process of gathering all information from various sources because I know I am not the only one. USA.gov also has a lot of tips. I encourage anyone else that is in this situation to do the same. I urge you to stay away from this business and their unprofessional, unethical tactics. read more

My girlfriend and I paid for a cruise in full "Cruise with the Ques" through Two Traveling Chicks. We triedftwo months to try to contact them to get a confirmation or booking number and they ignored all of our requestes. Just stopped responding after they were paid in full. 5 days before our cruise we had to cancel our flights, hotels, transportions to/from airports, vacation time, etc.. Carnival Cruise Lines did not have us on their manifest at any time. After we threatened to file a lawsuit against them for fraud, 24 hours before the cruise, they booked a trip with Carnival and sent us a booking number. THERE ARE TWO COMPLAINTS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AGAINST THIS COMPANY FOR THE EXACT SAME THING - TAKING CUSTOMERS MONEY, IGNORING ALL CONTACT AFTER YOU'RE PAID IN FULL, AND NOT BOOKING THE TRIP. Don't ever use Two traveling chicks agency they always half stepping . If you don't want your trip to be booked correctly,they change hotel resorts on you and don't tell you till your balance is paid in full then use them. Then they turn around after you report them to BBB and they offer you a so called free trip to New Orleans for Essence festival which turns out to be just a hotel room paid for by all means use them. They say you will have a ticket for the boat party and the morning of the boat party they tell you don't and they are ordering a tee shirt yet you don't get that either than by all means use there crappy service. read more

They go the extra mile to ensure you fully understand what you are paying for, what's included and what may cost extra. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!! You have been warned. This company scams folks out of their money. We just received a judgement in our favor after the foolishness pulled by the folks at this company! DO NOT BOOK HERE, KEEP IT MOVING. My family paid for a full vacation on Disney. We left from CA to FL only to find that our names were not on the manifest! We were scammed out of a few thousand dollars. When we attempted to contact the employee who we booked with there was no response. It wasn't until we took legal action that the phone rang. The sad part is this was done to a family with children and senior citizens. The owner took no responsibility for the employee's wrongdoing and never returned a dime of the money stolen! It took we over a year to get our money back but it is well worth it. Save yourself some headache and money. CUSTOMERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. I pray that this saves a family the heartache my family experienced when our kids had to look at a Disney boat knowing that they worked hard to get that reward only to have these people try to steal it away. read more
