After dropping the ball on several occasions over the course of 8 months we barely got a delayed tax return in on time, no bookkeeping done for the current year, and nothing for me but huge expenses and headaches trying to play catch up. Why do I pay you $500 + per month(his preferred pay structure) - if you're going to do nothing with that and then scramble for 24 hrs right at the tax deadline?! And then he has the gall to bill me separately for the taxes. Most expensive accountant I've ever had and he did the least for me. Unbelievable.

When setting up the meeting I explained in very specific detail ALL family members needed and wanted to be involved 8n the meeting. Due to what we were trying to do and everyone being on the same page straight from the "horse's mouth" situation. It was agreed to by all, to include the legal office, up until the actual meeting. My father, brother and I were left waiting 35 mins on a dial in line and NO one came in to give us an update or status . The paralegal couldn't even say when my sister who was in person entered the room because she was "busy". They took my money, changed to rules, then left me out. They are not professional or trustworthy in my opinion.

In a pinch, either Christina or a member of her staff will personally deliver completed forms to my place of business if a time crunch occurs. You'll need to consult her office to determine whether you are within their delivery range, though.
