This review is long overdue (dealt with a nasty cold, kids, and trying to survive the coldest part…read moreof the year). I took a decade long break from riding and decided to get free therapy sessions by getting back into motorcycles. The Honda CB750 Hornet released in 2025 for the U.S. Prior to this purchase, I have NEVER bought a new motorcycle from a dealership. I always got my bikes used from Craigslist (remember when that used to be popular?!). Since this bike was a new release, I didn't see any used Hornets on sale by a private seller/person with buyer's remorse via Craigslist or FB Marketplace. If I wanted the Hornet, I would have to deal with dealerships, the markups/added costs typically associated with dealerships and the games played by salespeople of said dealerships. I contacted 9 (nine) dealerships via email around or near my residence in Denton County as I was willing to commute up to 90 minutes one way to go to a dealership that offered me the best deal. In my email, I asked for the OTD (out the door price). Some dealerships didn't even want to give me the OTD price over email citing some b.s. company policy and suggested that I come to the dealership in person. I get their angle. They want you to come look at the bike, make you fall in love with it and then convince you to purchase the bike at an inflated price. The dealerships that gave me quotes also had absurdly high OTD prices. For example, Cycle Center's OTD price was a little over $1,800 more than the price I ultimately ended up agreeing to with John "Mully" Marotta, internet manager of Powersports of North Texas. Mully was amazing. He was responsive but not intrusive (a fine balance) which is what many other salespeople from the other dealerships failed to do. I took some time to decide whether I wanted to go through with making a large purchase. I never felt pressure from Mully, he just asked if he could follow up in 3-4 days whereas other dealerships were trying to call or email me at least once a day (this was in early January so there probably wasn't a ton of prospective buyers). On January 3, I decided to go for it and drove the 50 minutes it took to get to the dealership and complete the transaction. John was just as gracious in person as he was over the phone/email/FB Marketplace and it was fun to chat with him about Ducatis (I used to own an 848 Evo and had such a love/hate relationship with it). Caleb was an excellent salesperson, patient, laid back, extremely knowledgeable, had a passion for bikes, and was a joy to interact with. Long story short, give Powersports of North Texas a shot at having some of your business. Buying new means that your bike comes with a factory warranty and you know that bike's history (there being no history since it's brand spanking new) which comes at a premium. After a decade break, I didn't want to take any chances and decided to buy new for the first time - ZERO REGRETS. All of these dealerships are running a business and need to make money to keep the lights on. However, all dealerships are not created equal with some intent on taking advantage of inexperienced buyers by quoting ridiculous prices. Powersports of North Texas price their bikes very competitively and really stick to its mantra of "No Haggle. No Fees." I will ALWAYS recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a motorcycle and will be copying and pasting this review to other platforms so that they get some well-deserved praise and continue to do what they're doing!

5 stars - Outstanding experience…read more I purchased a Kawasaki KLX300SM from Powersports of North Texas and couldn't be happier. The price was excellent, the process was smooth, and there were no pressure or wear-you-down tactics whatsoever. They didn't have the bike in stock initially and told me it was at the Kawasaki warehouse. I'll be honest, after dealing with other dealerships, I was skeptical and assumed it might be another case of a dealer saying whatever it takes to make the sale and then scrambling to get the bike afterward. That was not the case here. They promised the bike would arrive in a couple of days, and they kept that promise exactly. Another clear sign the bike truly came straight from the warehouse was the 0 miles on the odometer, showing it had just been uncrated. Transparency was top-notch from start to finish, and the entire team was fantastic to work with. Caleb, my main sales guy, was awesome, honest, responsive, and he kept every promise he made. When Caleb was out, Ted stepped in seamlessly and kept everything moving without missing a beat. John handled the paperwork and made it one of the easiest, most straightforward buying processes I've ever had. No stress, no confusion, just efficient and professional. Luke, who delivered the bike, was right on time and extremely professional as well. This was my 8th bike purchase, with the previous 7 coming from other dealerships (including California), and I can confidently say this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Everything was smooth, efficient, and well-organized. What really sets Powersports of North Texas apart is that they don't feel like snakes trying to convince you that you're getting a good deal. You actually are getting a good deal, backed by a genuinely great team that respects your time. These guys absolutely rock. If you're in the market for a bike and want honesty, efficiency, and a great buying experience, this is the place to go.
