If you want to hear a bit about why I recommend Kyler so highly, here's a more in-depth review of our story: When you have Kyler as a real estate agent, you get someone who is genuinely and completely on your side 100%. He communicates regularly, without prompting. He takes his time talking to you and making sure that you feel 100% comfortable or assured through each step of the house selling process. Kyler truly wants what's best for his clients and is always looking out for their best interests, even if that means he doesn't get as big a payout. When we finally had our house up on the market, we were worried because we had a lot of animals and a 3-year-old to juggle while trying to show our house. Nothing fun or stress-free about that! Kyler helped make the house showing process as stress-free as possible. He's excellent at communication and kept us updated with tour schedules and changes constantly. We never had to ask what was going on; he was always on top of it. When the offers started to roll in, I suddenly realized I was very emotional about who bought our house and made it their home. I didn't want just anyone. I wanted someone who would love, care for, and use the property for something--not just letting it fall to disrepair. I get most people won't understand that sentiment. But Kyler did. No matter how stressful things got, he remained constantly calm, sympathetic, and helpful as I struggled with all of that. Kyler pretty much took on the role of a therapist at one point, talking to my husband and me for an hour or more some nights, just hashing out the best offers and why. Kyler knew the contracts. He explained every tiny detail to us. Answered our millions of questions honestly and earnestly. All while always keeping our best interests in mind, even when we weren't sure what they were. Our buyer's lender ended up being a bit difficult, to say the least. Kyler fought endlessly to get every speck of information from a rather uncommunicative party for us. He is a great mediator who can find compromises that work for everyone involved. In the end, we made a significant profit on our house, and it belongs to a wonderful family. My husband and I cannot be happier with how the whole ordeal played out, even with its ups and downs, because we had Kyler there fighting for us every step of the way.
