I've called him out twice to my house since no other shop wants to touch my boat since its from 1980 but he is always willing to. I bought it off the original owner and this is my first boat which is a 1980 sea ray with a sterndrive engine. I try to do most of the work myself but electrical is where I don't excel. I can't recall exactly but he fixed something in my dash that I messed with and he figured out I had 2 wires crossed. Then I had him check a few other things and managed to get them to work properly as well. The 2nd visit I was having trouble getting my boat started after replacing the intake cover gasket/valve cover gasket. Once again it turned out I had crossed a wire or something but I didn't have the neutral safety switch properly connected and he fixed it. He also restored compression on one of my cylinders that was reading 0, he get it back up to 120-150psi I believe. He has also helped me learn more about my boat, electrical, and gives good tips/pointers since I am new to all of this. Also when he does the repairs I don't have to sell a kidney to get things fixed like other shops.
